We needed this specific urn only found on Mainely Urns website and it was a rush case-needed it by the next day at close of business all the way down in the DFW area. They were able to get it here by 10:00 AM the next day. We were relieved and pleasantly surprised. Needless to say, we are quite please with this company and the urn.

I ordered an Urn for my mother's ashes. I needed it back rather quickly. Unfortunately. No where on the website when ordering it did not state that I would need to approve the engraving one additional time so when I ordered it I assumed it wad ordered and on the way to only find out 2 days later when I just so happened to check my email that my order in fact was not placed. I called in and spoke to Kevin and he made it happen that I would recieve my order even a day sooner than the original day. I did have to pay for expedited shipping charges but in return he gave me a discount. The customer service was excellent and the product was Amazing.
