Mainely Urns

We ordered an urn that we needed on short notice between Christmas and New Year's. Eve. Even with the holidays and a storm that caused a multi-day power outage in Maine, they got it to us on time. Great communication and a beautiful product. I have already highly recommended them to others. Thank you SO much!

I dealt with Kevin from Mainely urns and he was an absolute pleasure! He made a very difficult experience so much easier to deal with from the ordering process, to the confirmation of the order, to checking on the delivery. First, I would like to say that my experience with customer service was excellent. The delivery process was fast and Mainly Urns provided
Consistent updates. The urn itself is very beautiful. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because the bottom edge had two tiny chips in the stone. I don't believe that it will cause any structural issues, I hope not.

I found Mainely Urns doing a Google search for a nameplate for our recently deceased pet. I was impressed by the selection of pet memorials.
I ordered three products.
Mainely Urns kept me updated to let me know the massive storms had knocked out all communication at their business.
Updated me regularly.
And followed up now to make sure I actually received the product.

At a time when many comparable (pet) urns have gone from brass with pewter finish to painted aluminum, this stainless steel option has a nice, brushed and glossy finish. The urn is very-nice and was what were were looking for. It feels higher-quality than aluminum, but not quite as nice as brass.

The engraving is surprisingly small, however - it would be a big improvement if they used larger and more-solid/bold fonts (for the name, especially) and represented the actual sizing, in comparison to the urn, somewhere/somehow during the ordering process.

In March 2024, I lost my best friend, Eleanor. I never thought I would struggle so much with it the death of a pet, so she was so much more than that. When she passed, I wanted somewhere special for her to rest. After I ordered the proof arrived quickly and once I gave my approval, it shipped fast, too. The finished product is even more beautiful in person. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Everyone at Mainely Urns is simply the best! They were caring, kind and very professional from the very first contact until I received the urn. The urn was absolutely perfect in every way, complete with etchings, personal expressions and beautiful lettering. Turn around time was amazing as well. If you are going through a difficult time due to the loss of one of your loved ones, they are definitely the company to select.

Amazing job. Very nice. Lost one of our GSD's in 2020. Beautiful urn bought then for him. Lost our other GSD 2 weeks ago. Wanted same urn, they still have it. Online purchase would not allow space for what sentiment we wanted, and I mentioned this in an email. Was contacted by them immediately and they accommodated us. Mainey Urns did an excellent job with our photo and sentiment. Perfect. Would recommend.

Urn thrown together, too shiny, cheap and plastic looking. Read fine print for s/h. If returned they deduct s/h of $14.95 even though orders over $100 is advertised as free and you didn't pay s/h. Mainly urns also deducts $8.95 for s/h to return a defective item. So s/h is not free as they advertise. It must be hidden in the cost of the product. Not happy with quality of product or falsifying free shipping and handling claim.
Only positive is They are prompt on getting back to you and seem to be understanding and compassionate. The plate was beautiful but nothing to put it on now.

My 12 yr old German Shepherd passed away January 11th 2024, at 6:46 P.M... I have been devastated since. I chose to have her cremated, and her ashes preserved. I looked around and found Mainely Urns. I called and made the order just before the 4th of July holiday. It came promptly and in the time they had stated. I was very satisfied.
