The company is very fast with making their products for their customers. Even when I got my product and it got damaged in transit they really helped trying to figure out a resolution for me and the urn I bought. They do care about their customers and act and respond very fast and efficiently. Thank you for your help!

I receive the urn just about a week or so after ordering it. Before shipping the urn, I received consistent communication from the company asking to proof the text. I did have one edit to make and they handled it quickly and professionally. The urn was delivered in a timely manner, with quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. There was even a very kind and thoughtful note of condolence and contact information included in the box if I should need anything additional. These are qualities that are becoming more rare in many organizations, so I'm very pleased that Mainely Urns continues to stress the importance of customer service and professionalism.

My beloved kitty, my fluff ball, my best furry companion has just passed away. I really wanted to commemorate him in the most special way. This urn came beautifully made with a nice wood polish that seemed perfect, the picture I picked fit perfectly and was very nicely placed on the front and all the font of my special notes looked good too. I like that the proof was sent quickly and the package was shipped shortly after I approved it. I chose a large size urn because I wanted also to place my cat's favorite toys, our travel photos together and some other keepsakes. I only wish it had a base with borders to keep all the items contained, so it's easier to lift the top if I want later. My husband made some borders from the jewelry box, so I could do what I wanted. This way my furry baby now has all his favorite things next to him all the time. I am very pleased with the urn I ordered. Thank you very much.

After reading several key points on the website I went ahead and ordered a small oak photo urn. After completing my purchase I recieved several emails from that point and still continuing to this day. (Very annoying). They are not made when ordered. The only thing made is the "name plate". I would say the quality of the wood seal was not done very well at all. The urn itself had a big sticker on the bottom that read Made in Taiwan. I think thats the give away that the urn itself was not made when the order was placed.

I have used Mainely Urns, an Internet business, a number of times in the past without a problem. Their prices are not cheap. I ordered a plaque and an inscription from them recently. When they sent me an email to confirm the inscription, they left out a character that I had originally ordered. I missed the error and sent them my confirmation in error. When they sent me a second email shortly after the first email, I caught their error and rescinded my confirmation. They advised by email that the plaque was already made -- I was stunned at the immediate turn-around, because when I first ordered, I had to acknowledge more than once that I understood there would probably be delays in receiving the plaque. Frankly, I didn't mind getting it in a two-week time frame as long as the inscription was correct. All they offered me in recompense was a 35% discount on ANOTHER order. I have already paid a hefty $129 for this plaque, and they wanted me to pay even more money because of their mistake. I told them I was very dissatisfied with Mainely Urns. They didn't care. I am now stuck with a pricey plaque with an incorrect inscription that I will have to edit with a magic marker -- for $129! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because they aren't interested in keeping their repeat customers happy. Poor customer service.

It is always bittersweet when your pet's urn arrives. It is also a relief and peace that you can now put their ashes in a quality urn, that I helped design. Thank you Mainely Urns for your ongoing quality and fabulous service. This Urn was for my heart & soul dog, Gus. He was the love of my life as a fur kid and my heart remains heavy with his loss. I find peace in that he is at rest in a beautiful urn. Thank you.

Prices are very reasonable especially when decisions need to be made with an unexpected passing of a fur baby. Placed our order on a Friday and was told it could take 4-7 business days to arrive. Received it that Monday morning. We will definitely look to your site in the future.

Unfortunately we recently had to say goodbye to our fourth pet in less than 4.5 years. I needed a Masonic title abbreviation done properly with certain colons & periods, it was made perfectly. Urn, pedestal and name plate look stunning, will be a wonderful tribute to our departed Brother.
