I hired Magneto to develop an e-commerce website for a new business and product launch. Magneto promised me the world and then delivered an inferior website that did not function as intended and was not complete. Specifically, despite contracting to design and develop an e-commerce website that displayed multiple product images (as would be expected) on individual product pages, Magneto selected a sub-par template that did not allow for multiple product images on the product pages. When this was brought to Magneto's attention they refused to fix THEIR mistake and instead tried to charge me extra to the rework. They refused to give me a refund or to complete the website. It was a total disaster and a complete waste of money.

Then after posting a few honest reviews about my experience, Magneto's owner, Nitesh, wanted to settle by giving me a partial refund in exchange for taking down the reviews. Needing to hire a new developer to rebuild the site properly and having already paid Magneto and not receiving anything usable in return, I agree. I took the reviews down except for one on Clutch.com, which Clutch said I could not take down but could update. When I informed Nitesh of this and offered to update the review by saying we settled our dispute, he did not respond. Nitesh has not kept his word and has not refunded any of my money.

I am preparing to file a lawsuit against Magneto and Nitesh for breach of contract, consumer fraud, and fraudulent misrepresentation.

STAY AWAY FROM MAGNETO. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY DEVELOPER. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

The team at Magneto IT Solutions work on our requirements seamlessly and with very high levels of professionalism. They take the efforts to understand all of our needs and problems and always suggest very customer centric solutions with promptness. I would say in the 3 years we have worked with Magneto, their team has shown commitment and enthusiasm to do better for us with each passing project. We never have to chase them for timelines or quality of work, so this speaks for itself.

The team is very helpful and cooperative. My all questions and queries are resolve perfectly. Specially Mr. Ronak Meghani is very down to earth and helpful to grow any business. Thank you for your support team.
