My paypal account was hacked so i lost my money
But what magnatus did is something you never see or hears about.

They refunded some of my lost money to me with their own money so i could buy my birthday present to my youngest son

And they helped me all the way from the begining to the end

The company actually does Ecurrency exchange. I have adopted their service for a while. I exchange my Paypal dollars for Perfectmoney dollars. I send the amount I want to exchange for to them and the send the Perfectmoney equivalent to me after a stipulated number of days.

The last payment was sent to me over 10 hours ago but I didn't get it. I complained to perfectmoney and was told to ask the sender to send the batch number of the payment. I have requested the batch number for up to 4 times and they have refused to respond. This is a very poor customer service.

They said some nonsense about address error... then said they couldnt send the funds to a functioning account. Still waiting on my money.
