The book I bought from them did not detail any information and ended up being a spell book. I paid shipping to my house and asked to return the book for a full refund. I paid shipping to and from and did not receive a full refund. Upon asking the company to refund me my full amount they threatened me. I will never deal with these people again and I will let everyone know the threats that they make. They are a terrible company save yourself the time and do not buy from them go somewhere else and buy from a business that actually cares about their customers.
Bought some "sage in dragons blood " smudge sticks and not only was it painted it wasn't white sage. Same thing with the patchouli smudge sticks. They were painted green? Why?! When I told them they said they are dipped in "red oil" and "green oil" direct quote! Red snd green oil? Lol.
Stay away from the smudge sticks! I wonder what else is fake...
This is re Order no. MP*******. Previously I have placed 10 orders between 2021 and 2023 (15%-20% discounts) with minimal issue. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but it was within 30 days, and worth the lower prices. However, I seem to have finally experienced all the issues that so many other customers have experienced. My April 12,2024 order, the first order I placed under their "30% off sale," has been nothing but trouble. I ordered 6 items, one of those items being represented as an autographed item. Only after extensive emailing their support did I receive 3 of the items on 6/17/24. The autographed item was not autographed and was instead a misprint, where the whole deck was misaligned. I still have not received the remaining 3 items and they have stopped responding to my emails. Specifically, as of 7/2/2024, they have yet to respond to my inquiries dated 6/17,6/20,6/26, and 7/1. I am currently putting together documentation to report them to the FTC for violating the 30-day mail rule (https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/business-guide-ftcs-mail-internet-or-telephone-order-merchandise-rule), among other misleading and deceptive practices. Very competitive prices. I have made many orders and have always been pleased. One order looked like it was lost, so I emailed Magick. They didn't ask me to be patient and wait it out; they went ahead and resent the entire order, which was a large one. They did use the same tracking information, which took a few more days to update but everything worked out. The free shipping is media mail so it may take awhile if you're on the East Coast, but still so worth it.
I placed an order July 29th. It is now August 10th. The order has not moved since the 4th. They do that because they want people to pay an outragous amount for shipping. They do not want you to do the free shipping... Dishonest gain. Im about ready to file a dispute and get my money back. Im telling you... dont order from here. My order was 93 dollars so it was not a small order for a personal order. Dirty... I mean do you really want a bad reputation for your company? Just saying. Not happening with me again.

I did my first buy because I got a coupon for a free crystal. When the package arrived they did not included the crystal. I emailed costumer service and they told me to check my floor and the package because they are sure that they included it. I did NOT received it. They told me that all that they could do it to give me another coupon for a free crystal in my next order. Asked to return my order and because it was an oil I couldn't return it.
Their go to excuse when you look for your order is "oh UPS LOST IT" YOU WOULD THINK BY NOW (IF THAT WERE TRUE) THEY WOULD SWITCH CARRIERS. It's Bs tho - that's their go-to excuse for EVERY ORDER. It's the excuse I've received all 4 times so I can no longer keep shopping here - their lack of accountability is crazy. Just ADMIT you need longer time to process - stop lying about it.
Their site is amazingly cheap. Their prices are far better than other companies and even lower than Amazon in certain areas. I prefer buying from this small business over any big corporation any day.

1st and only experience was HORRIBLE.
Ordered on June 10 2024, received a confirmation email order received with a notice saying to expect a slight delay of 3 to 5 business days.
With no updates I attempted to email on June 30th with no response.
I left a voicemail to their customer service on July 1st with no return call. I was finally able to get a live person on July 3rd, who was rude and stated I should have received an email about the delay, they were backed up and I should expect them to ship in another 3 to 3.5 weeks.
I stated that this was unacceptable as I had ordered items for a birthday gift for July 8th, also stating that they misrepresented their delay time and wanted the ordered cancelled as it hadn't shipped and no items were in stock, and asked for a full refund to be issued to original form of payment.
The woman made excuses about them being a small business and that it would take up to 10 business business days for order to be cancelled and refund issued.
I then got an email on July 9th saying a shipment was processed and had a tracking number assigned. NO Updates for tracking for over a week.
July 16th I received an email saying a refund had been processed; $3 instead of the total $71.
Received shipment on Tuesday July 23 with missing Item ($19.95 price).
In summary, Poor customer service, inaccurate and/or missing communication, deceptive business practices.
Steer clear.
I ordered from this site back in 2020 and did a credit card dispute after they claimed they shipped my order but then admitted they didn't even have the items in stock and directly after, refused to acknowledge my request to cancel the order. After the cancellation request AND credit card dispute with my bank that they never responded to, they still sent me the items THEN had someone named Rachel proceed to harass me via email, which INSANELY went as far as actually contacting the local Sheriff claiming I stole those items they sent me, claiming I never tried to cancel even though I provided proof that I did, then INSANELY put my personal information, phone #, email, and address as well as other customer's information on a website which is absolutely disgusting, lacks integrity and I will be taking action against immediately.
Spent $25 in loop on 5/4/23 never brought to carrier. Waiting for a response. 3rd time ordering with magick and same thing happened with another order and out $8 before.

I only recently tried purchasing from Magick.com. I had a couple of good experiences initially but then... with a couple of subsequent orders (specifically MP******* and MP*******) things took a turn for the worst.
In summary: I was sent e-mail messages that the orders had shipped, but were held up "somewhere" in the shipping process/system. Several calls to customer service (same person each time) resulted in the "familiar song and dance" that included how they would try to fix the problem as soon as possible by sending the order again. The explanation also included a comment related to how difficult it can be to get people to their job (in reference to their shipping department).
NOTHING HAPPENED. So, after another week I cancelled the orders and will not consider purchasing from Magick.com again at any cost.
From my perspective, no one is doing their job there and I would hope this behavior would matter to Magick.com's management/owner (unless of course the owner is the same person I spoke to in customer service).
This customer placed 5 orders with us, out of the 5 one order was lost and we were working on sending a replacement. Customer called and became extremely rude with a phone representative and demanded we cancel his order. Per his request, we canceled his order. In addition, we canceled his remaining order that he had placed a couple days prior that was already prepared to ship because we can not have customers verbally abusing our employee's.
I purchased from this website and recieved like 2 days later. They give out free crystals and i got a kambaba jasper with my order. Just wanted to let everyone know how awesome this site is
Magick.com (aka Magickplanet.com) is a scam. They lie to you through their teeth all the time. Read other reviews. I've placed 2 orders, and it takes weeks (about 4) before they ship. When you contact them, you get one excuse after another. For the first order, "the package was stolen from USPS." For the second order, "they were waiting for an item to be in-stock" before they could ship, but it was shown as in-stock on their website.
I also had a much bigger and worse problem when I made a return to them. They provided a prepaid return label for USPS. The package "disappeared" in transit. I contacted USPS, who told me after several weeks that it was a "really strange tracking number," and that it had been handed off to Fedex. I contacted Fedex, and the bad tracking number made it impossible for me to file a claim. So after FINALLY getting through to a live person, they told me Magick had to file a Fedex claim. I spent 1.5+ months contacting Magick about filing the Fedex claim, and they kept putting me off and not responding. Finally, Isabel, who I had been in contact with most, told me she would file the claim. Right after that, Isabel and Magick stopped responding to my emails altogether. This remains unresolved after months of my efforts.
This customer placed an order in July, and requested to return a couple items. We sent a return label on Aug 11th using USPS and the label was purchased through their authorized site. Customer emailed mid-January claiming she dropped it with USPS in August (5 months previously) but claims USPS told her they gave it to Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex does not delivery USPS First Class packages, and they have no record of this package at Fed-Ex nor USPS. I tried explaining this to the customer but she became extremely hostile, and unwilling to admit she possibly dropped it off at the wrong location.
The issue with this company is they can never admit when they're wrong. First of all, I waited about a month to get my package. And they apparently think it's funny for me to be at no contact with my fiancé's family due to their racism as the company's customer service reps keep putting quotations around words, as if to mock me. (My fiancé and I made a big move half way across the country and i sent the package to her family's house in my fiancé's name as that would be the last place she would be to get the remainder of her stuff before we left) Second, little to no communication and when you do get a reply, it's a deflection. I ordered an 8oz bottle of Road Opener wash and they gave NO indication that the item would be replaced (just a random refund of $4 with no other word about it)- they instead slapped a random wash in the box as if it would be fine. Nothing was sealed so it leaked in my package. Third, I ordered devil's CLAW root and they placed an incorrectly labeled item in my box which turns out to be devil's CLUB! (I will provide pictures below). Devil's CLAW and Devil's CLUB don't even LOOK similar. One looks like pieces of chopped root and the other looks like tree bark (again, providing pics of what I ordered vs what I received) I am now waiting even longer for a reply back in regards of getting my correct items. They always have a rebuttal or a pathetic excuse instead of admitting they messed up. If they had just communicated and fixed the issues instead of turning everything into tit-for-tat they wouldn't be getting all these 1 star reviews. Period. Get it together. And I'm sure the reply from them (if I get one) will just be a bunch of excuses to get the fingers pointed away from them.

Ordered on January 20th, order shipped on the 26th and today is February 2nd and this hasn't moved since the 26th in USPS system. I emeiled several times with no help from Isabel. I was told USPS is experiencing delays. This is total BS! I ordered 8 things from different companies and ALL came through USPS with NO delays. My first and LAST time ordering from this company. I have been going to Original Botanica and when I place an order, it's shipped the SAME DAY and it arrives the very next day! I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back from this company!
This customer works for a competitor, She placed an order and her order was shipped within our shipping time frames. She immediately started emailing upon receiving her shipping notification demanding to know where her order was. Due to the many threats and abusive emails our customer service was receiving, we issued her a refund even though her order was still showing shipped.
