Ordered a 2025 calendar on Jan. 3. No shipping or tracking updates. Send an email and they responded after a couple of days stating they were behind on shipping orders due to the wildfires, but my calendar would be sent in the next few days. After a few days, no calendar, no tracking info. Sent another email that was ignored. Sent another email a few days later demanding a refund since January is over and I don't want a 2025 calendar with only 10 1/2 months left. Threatened legal/BBB action and negative internet reviews. No response. I got taken for 15 bucks, don't you be next!
When I finally reached Isabelle by phone (4 hr calling window) she was rude & finally agreed to cancel order after arguing with me that I needed to wait it was going to ship out the next day I said NOPE - refund.
I have successfully ordered a handful of times from Magick in previous years, but have now been waiting for six months for my order and have been ghosted. Idk if they just hit hard times and are unable to fulfill orders, but they should probably close their business if they can't follow through. Sharing photos (they've posted out of order but you can read the dates to inform my increasing frustration)
I placed my order in February of 2023, have emailed back and forth with the company since then. It takes weeks to get any reply. It is now the end of july 2024 they have stopped responding and my order still has not shipped. Excuses I clue the sale, ( which seems to always be going on), being out of certain items( I offered.to.switch my order to in stock items) it's always promised that it will be sent out next week, tomorrow... basically any lie in the book.

I am in the habit of only leaving positive reviews for businesses. Unfortunately, this experience was so bad I am leaving a poor review just in the hopes that it spares someone else the hassle and jerking around that I've experienced. Magick.com is either a scam or just poorly run. I placed an order 3/4. It is now 4/12 and my order still has not shipped. Emails to customer service either blame their promo sale or shipping for the delays. Of course, they have no problem collecting money the day of the order, even though a full month after placing the order it's yet to be sent. I'd rather pay full price than deal with this if this is their idea of "savings". I gave the company fair warning that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, waited three business days and still heard nothing. So yeah… well done, Magick. You deserve this unflattering review.
I've only ordered once from Magick.com, but I never had a problem with my order. My tarot cards came in perfect condition, and my free crystal was included as well. Compared to other online sites, they have the lowest prices available. I'm not sure why so many people have had problems with them.

Scammers. Lie and say they will ship your item in 5 days, buts it's been 4 weeks since order was placed. Because the items are fake and ordered from china, not the publisher. When china makes your items (and half prints your tarot cards so you don't don't what you have) they send them. Magick waits a month and ships it to you. Send emails claiming the "warehouse" is behind but there is no warehouse! This company does not have any employees listed on their government documents so maybe the aliens are running the magical warehouse. Your waiting for the shipment from china to arrive at least be honest and refund me before I report your fake "warehouse" where we can sort out the taxes you haven't paid for your alien warehouse workers. I do see that we cancelled your order that was placed 2 weeks ago, and you were completely aware of the longer processing time frame. Your order was getting ready to be picked up but after your multiple emails (13 email in a row that were all verbally abusive) in a row cussing out our customer service reps, and the only contact we had with you since your initial order 2 weeks ago, we already issued a refund this afternoon.
We have a warehouse, and we do pay our taxes. We do have employee's and we file our monthly payroll taxes. We are licensed with every publisher and have NEVER purchased from China or anywhere else. All our items come directly from the publishers. Unfortunately, due to your harassment, you did not receive your order 1st order to make claims which are slanderous.
I hope your move out of the country is success, and that you find happiness there.
I placed an order in February. Didn't receive most of the order, totaling around $110. I wrote them in April, and they apologized and stated it was on the way, some delays due to warehousing issues in some eastern country and they gave a 5% discount. Then no follow up and in May I asked for a refund, and after getting run around from Mariah and Isabel they just stopped answering my emails. No refund, no product. Stay away
ORDERED ON MAY AND IT NEVER SHIPPED AND SAYS UNFULFILLED NO RESPONSE FROM CS, DO NOT ORDER HERE! I have never had a more horrible customer service experience. This place has to be a fraud! I call during the silly 11-4 business hours and nobody ever answers. I just want my money back and almost 4 months later I should be paid interest!
I had to contact them twice to get my order sent out. It wasn't until threatened to report them as a fraudulent company did they ship my order out. It's been a month since a placed the order, but it's finally on its way.
Lies multiple times about why you didn't get your order and then tells you another reason in an hour or two, one hand does not know what the other is doing. Do not purchase from this company, Scammers To Rachel, there were not 17 smooth orders or delivries, and you responded to my review on Christmas to my first review, that's why I left another and a message to you. I would not give any of my orders a good review as they all took an enormous amount of time to get, one I waited 20 days after the email saying that it shipped and contacted MP. They said they were having trouble with their shipping partner, but seconds after I got the response, I got another email saying the item shipped and it still took another 20 days to receive the item. Timely? Not hardly. Your excuses are unrealistic when multiple contacts give multiple excuses. I will never order from you again. Never refer anyone to use your company and you are the one who responded on Christmas day to my first review, not me.
Customer is leaving another review for the same order she left a previous review for on October 23rd. She received her refund for this order on October 18. Once again, she has had 17 successful orders (still looking for the reviews she left for those 17 positive experiences), and her 18th order had an issue of being delayed, which she stated she would wait, then changed her mind at which time, we issued a refund immediately.

I have never actually gotten upset at a company as I understand issues… but… they have told me it was sent out over 4 times via email & then proceeded to tell me it wasn't ever sent because they were waiting on my florida water this entire time. I proceeded to be patient and asked for some sort of compensation and they decided to just refund me for the shipping…. I am truly disappointed as I needed this for some spellwork for my clients as i am a full time practitioner & am an influencer on facebook… i was hoping to work with them but unfortunately i don't want to put my followers in the position i currently am in…

So after a MONTH of waiting for my package and lack of proper communication from this company, I finally got my order. But it wasn't even CORRECT! With them trying to prove a point and continue to be ignorant, they never said anything about any items being replaced! I ordered an 8oz bottle of road opener wash and what did they give me?! A random $#*! bottle of Alcanfor that leaked in my damn package. I'm sure they'll find an excuse like they always do instead of admitting they're wrong and correcting it like a professional company. It's been nothing but BS from them.
Customer is now stating she received it, when USPS shows it was delivered on the 17th. Customer also states that it had the new address but went to the old address. We do not handle deliveries for the post office, so that would be USPS not us.
This customer did receive her package which was sent to the address that was entered at the time she placed her order. We did attempted to change the address per her request even after the label had been created but the order had been picked up by the carrier. Customer's statement that they upgraded to expedited is false, she chose "Parcel Select Ground" and delivery ranges from 2–8 days. Customer refuses to have her partner contact her "FAMILY" to refused the shipment or have them return it. Customer demanded to issue a refund and for us to ship her another package, while her finance's family keeps the other.
Ordered in May, still nothing. I have emailed several times, no response. Order shows label created in mid June. No movement on it.

I have placed three orders with this store. The first two went smooth and no complaints. This time it has been almost a month since I ordered. My order still says shipping pending since June 27, I ordered on June 15. I emailed. This was the response " have sent a request to my shipping department to confirm that your order has been picked up by our carrier. When preparing to ship an order, they print the label, pull the item, package, and then contact our carrier. So, there could be a delay from the time it prints, and the carrier picks it up. I do know they have also had a couple restock shipments that were delayed.
In addition, we have been informed by USPS that they are experiencing a delay in updating the tracking numbers. I have noticed that quite a few deliveries have also not been scanned until they were delivered.

As customer stated, first 2 orders went very smoothly, no issues (no positive reviews written). Customer notified us on 7/6 that she had not received her order from, and our rep responded and submitted a trace request. Customer did respond the very next day by stating she was given poor customer service, although she received a response the same day she emailed and a replacement was requested (and sent) and stated the following:
"I have ordered from you before twice and the shipping did not take this long. This is very disappointing and poor customer service. It’s almost a month since I ordered. I will not be ordering from this store any more. I will also be leaving a negative review on whatever social media sites I can find about this issue."
I placed my Order May 24,2023 by June 6,2023 it was sitting in Hawthorne, CA. As of Today July 22,2023 MY TWO DECKS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IS STILL SITTING IN HAWTHORNE,CA! Paid as much for expedited shipping as the cost of the item to ensure that I receive it in time. This was nearly a week ago. No movement, no update email, but they are now spamming my inbox with sales and daily specials. Avoid!
When updating shipping to an expedited service, it does state on the website that it does NOT expedite processing, nor put your order in front of other orders. As with ANY company that up you upgrade shipping, it ONLY affects the time it is in transit to you.
My first order, I bought 4 decks and received 3. Prices are low, so I ordered 8 more decks after that, prepared to wait 2 or 3 weeks for shipping. I received NO decks and no information, though I tried to contact the company by phone and email. No luck. I disputed payment for 8 decks with my credit card company, and the money was refunded quickly. Magick.com contacted me (seems they have changed their name? RED FLAG) after that. They claimed the items had been shipped, while the shipping company clearly shows that a shipping slip was merely created but nothing was shipped. Magick.com then said the first missing deck was back-ordered (4 weeks after I placed the order), and they will not refund the money. They then tried to convince me that I would have to pay for the 8 decks I did not receive and made it obvious that this is either a scam or they are not equipped to be in business. Try Ebay--better prices, service, and reputation.
I usually buy from original botanica and never had any problems but I thought I would give this company a try because of their sale. The site said it would email within 1-5 days... well, I'm on day five and nothing to report. I sent an email and received a snotty reply. Needless to say I'll be at the bank disputing the charge. Lesson learned that cheaper isn't always better.
This customer placed an order on Monday. We responded that orders take 1-5 business days to ship. This was scheduled to ship today which is the 4th business day (Friday). There was no snotty response.
