Quite literally a top experience I've had with an occult/witch/magick store. I've purchased more than 50+ times with Magick over the several years they have been in business. I've had maybe 1-2 slow ships but overall they are very quick. I'm sure the reviews you're reading here are single time mishaps but Magick is a very good company to buy from. They also recieve releases before Amazon so I'm always sure I will get a copy before the public which is very cool.
I've ordered with them a few times. The time before last? I ordered about 3 months candles at nearly 10 dollars each. They didn't give me a candle I wanted. (They gave me a wrong candle). When I let them know? They asked to verify and take a picture of the candle. I tried not to be a little offended; I felt like it was an indirect way of calling me a liar. I decided to just leave it alone. It was a love candle to attract someone else's mate? I had a lot of explaining to do to my husband. Not sure what to do with it.
I get it! They're just trying to make sure that I was being truthful.
After that? I placed an order on 23 June 2023. Still haven't received the order yet. When inquired? It was said that shipping was delayed and they don't have any control over UPS.
I'm not sure if their shipping is "delayed" or not. But according to UPS It's been in the same location. The origin location.since 23 June. So It appears it hasn't even left the warehouse area yet? It's bounced to and from a couple of different shipping locations in the local vicinity of Los Angeles. But it's definitely been at a standstill for a while. And it hasn't been updated since 11 July (in which they updated it to say delayed).
It's just more candles. Hopefully, I'll get the shipment soon! I just ordered it from another company. How did you all get your money back? Or did you eventually receive the shipment? Was it the correct shipment?
I ordered in April.Worst customer service actually non existent customer service. The order still has not been received and all I get is the runaround emails with all kind of excuses from products out of stock, held at customs etc. I called the number listed on their website, but nobody answers the phone. I think Magick.com is a scam just to get your money. Check BBB website, there are plenty of complaints from customers. I call magick.com a plain THIEF and a SCAMMER!

Sorry you had an issue with the one order that was held up by customs. I'm glad to see that you have placed over 20 orders with us and even several more over the last month or two.
I waited 2 weeks before writing them about the fact that UPS still didn't have my package in the system. Instead of taking ownership of the mess-up they said UPS had lost it & they were reshipping it, but they were still using the same tracking number? Not possible. When I confronted them about it, they told me I was rude & they didn't want my patronage. I might not be a store ordering tons of product but I should be treated with respect. I'm still waiting 3 weeks after placing my order... I might have saved a couple bucks but it is NOT worth it!
It has been 7 days since I ordered & order has not shipped. No customer service number. No way to cancel order on website. I had to send an email. Also, notified Afterpay to make sure this order cancels & refund is issued. Is this even a real store? Who knows!
I recieved my first order, but not my second. Contacted them for a month and no answer. DONT BUY! They will constantly say "its on its way" but it never came. Kept emailing for a refund.
Still waiting on a tracking # 4days later. 1st time buyer so idk if this is usual. Will update when I receive
I've purchased a few hard to get books from Magick before. I recently purchased a new Aleister Crowley book which I have been looking for. It arrived within three days of placing the order. Previous orders have taken a week or so but this one was prompt and I have no issues. I will be placing an order with them again soon!

My husband and I bought a few decks from them to test. Their prices were better than Amazon on all of them! We are super happy with the decks and packaging. They arrived safe and secure. We will be shopping again!
My wife and I have placed quite a few orders with Magick. They typically ship very fast and haven't had many issues if really any at all. At times they may be out of an item and will ask if a replacement is OK. The orders ship timely and arrive quick.
I've never had any issues with Magick Planet. I've been shopping with them for quite a few years now. I purchase all my 7 day candles from them which usually come cracked once in a while from previous companies I used to buy from. Everything is packed super nice and never had a cracked candle! They also give out free crystals so thats a plus!
No issues and fast shipping. Always a pleasure shopping with these guys! I usually email a few questions about some decks before I buy and they always respond same day. Usually don't get that service from like amazon or anyone else!
Received my order today! I was waiting months for the Egyptian cards and finally have them! They had them before Amazon did so was very happy to not have to buy from somewhere else. Super happy with all my new items and can't wait to use them tonight!
Had a few packages take a little longer than normal but they explained they had a delay with the item which was totally fine. The item arrived in great condition and I was so excited to use my deck! Patience is virtue

I've ordered from Magick Planet more than 40 times. I've had yet to have any issues with them! They give out free crystals in all their orders (sometimes you have to look through the inside wrapping)! They respond to questions in literally minutes if you email them. No complaints.
Quick! Nice to see a site offer prices cheaper than Amazon. It came with a free crystal which was nice. I purchased one of the signed decks and came about 7-9 days after I ordered it.

I placed my order on April 16th and I'm still waiting on an email with a tracking number. It has been way longer than the 1-5 business days that the site states that it takes to ship. It's the 28th of April and still no word. This is crazy. I will be seeking business elsewhere.
Ordered about 84 things about 25 days ago! Payed may 2nd 2022 for these items. Received an email saying that I should start seeing movement from my package within 72 hours but, it's still showing that it's in the same town. In the same ups store to be honest It's been like that in the map for days. This store takes a long time to ship your items, In my experience, it's not worth it to shop from this store. You could save yourself more time, and money by buying from local stores or amazon. They do not have good customer service and it's hard for you to get your refund. I wonder if it's even a real store. They shouldn't even have a star as a review it's trash. I blurred out personal information in the following screenshot such as my email and order number. Still have not yet received my items.
No professionalism... I prefer to shop at a store that Has some costumer service training. I ordered an item took almost two weeks and no update I emailed the site and she said oops sorry... two days later still no update I requested to have my order canceled and they did.

As Tr*** stated, and our Rep copied pasted directly from UPS website, UPS showed that it was moving through their network. Magick has absolutely no control over UPS, nor do we have access to their systems to be able to change dates or routing information. We, like everyone else, are their customers, and have to same access that you do.
