Magbridal like JJ House pays games on returns. They don't give addresses to return items and trying to get their address takes on act of congress. Act many emails back and forth and picture of you in product as well as measurements they still do not respond or accept returns.
If they want to deal in the US market and sale online they should take a lesson from Amazon or Macy's return policies.

Do not buy from either place until they change return policy or you will be stuck with your purchase if it doesn't fit or wrong color.

Service tie is also slow.

These scammers have many websites, but same company, and same shiny from customer service. They barely answer emails and when they do they normally ask a couple of questions that you have already answered 5 times, they are hoping you'll get sick of wasting your time and stop emailing. I will hound them until they refund me or at least send me a wearable dress these are photos of the supposed dress I ordered and the filthy stained bag of wrinkles that came. Plus what can't be seen in photo is 10foot of out of shape trail like a big bunch of fabric I don't know what is supposed to be they are vile.

Girls, I recommend you to choose a custom size, that will be more suitable than the size on site. I asked them to take a photo of my dress before delivery, but when I get the gown, it looks more awesome then the picture. I think it's worth $200.

Dresses don't fit, they are off the rack-not custom made. They keep saying they were made especially for me but I never gave them my measurements. They won't let me return them. They still have the tags on them and have never been worn. My account shows the dresses are still "in transit" even though they've obviously been delivered. They ask a lot questions in hopes you give up. I answered the same questions over and over. They are exhausting to deal with especially because they type in broken English, but I'm not giving up. It's obvious they write their own 5 star reviews because they are written in broken English just like their emails.

I ordered a formal gown from this site and gave them my measurements. I received a very poorly made dress that was not the measurements that I gave but smaller so it certainly did not fit. They refused to return the dress and I had to dispute it with the credit card company.

This website scam people, don't buy here, I made the mistake and bought a dress, but they sent me an awful dress, not even close to the one that they listed, this is the worst place to rely on something so important as your wedding dress. They didn't return any money to me, the just offer me 10 dollar, over the 350 dollars I spent with the whole purchase, trust me, don't buy here, you will regret it! This is not a serious business, I paid more to get the exact measures, they didn't sent me real dress that they offered, it didn't fit me and it wasn't the color, and after that they said that they dont have a return policy, they robbed me. Look at the pictures!

Don't buy from Magbridal! The dress I received was nothing like what I ordered and their customer service is a joke, refusing to let me return the dress and offering an $18 refund against the $150 I paid. Plus the invoice with the dress stated a different price, $50, which is nothing lile what I was charged with. On top of it I just received an invoice for delivery asking me to pay £20 for taxes! Outrageous! So disappointed and angry!

The dress I received was very beautiful and like the picture. The train was longer than I thought it was going to be. It was such a relief receiving this dress after hearing horror stories. I was very lucky cuz the dress is exactly like the picture. It's very very heavy with a lot of material. The one thing I didn't like about the dress was the white see through material around the neck and shoulders. It's very white so contrasts a lot with my brown skin. I might alter it. The dress doesn't fit me on top either. It is way too small. But overall very beautiful dress.

**UPDATE** I received a refund for the full purchase price of this dress (minus shipping and rush fees, but that's ok)! I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I ordered Dark Purple and recieved Lilac and the company offered me 14.00 and said I should wear it and be happy. I only wanted the correct color and they refused to exchange it. Here is the actual email from company. FYI: This company is in Singapore.

I received a beautiful wedding dress for $170 and everybody thought I had spent a fortune on it. My wedding pictures turned out very well.

The dress I ordered is sheer on time but it came back as white. Sent pictures asking for a refund and they won't respond
