Yet, you make this feedback option impossible, using AI to change my words. You f'ing losers.

Hello, I'm 61 yrs of age. The Mad Muscle app is a rip off, a joke, they stole my money and refused to refund my loss. They're not senior citizen proof, because a person can be 100yrs old, they don't care. They don't have any system in place to protect disabled people. They set us up for failure and they take advantage of people who don't understand their app. They give no medical advice. They just take people's money without repercussions.

When someone makes a mistake while applying on joining and when they attempt to get to their plan, it's not promising especially when the plan doesn't populate after downloading. Me being confused and thinking that I'm being scammed I immediately withdrew to cancel my subscription and request for a full refund.

I was immediately turned down by their billing department due to their bogus misleading refund return policy.

I followed their instructions on number one couldn't follow instructions number two, because my personalized workout plan wouldn't open, I didn't have access, then I got spooked on being scammed. Now they want me to continue with their Mad Muscle app for three additional months absolutely for free no other charges will ever appear. They will be very excited to see me stay with them.
I told them their company is a rip off scam. You took my money and slammed the door in my face after I requested cancellation of the account. All I wanted from you was my money back, nothing else, why would I continue with this product when it's not guaranteed refundable, when you guys don't honor cancellation rights for the customers.

I cancelled my subscription but still continued being billed refusing a refund request of mine. Their service was really poor and they stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT SiGN UP WITH THEM.

MAD MUSCLE...I have the worst experience with these guys trying to get my refund of 60 dollars, they would prefer to have me stay with the program for another 3 months. Absolutely free when I don't really have the time to keep going on. This appyou're not very helpful on helping me get my refund. They will cancel your subscription, but they will do all their best to try to keep you. And then try to charge you later. They say it's free, but it's not... They have the worst policy of getting your money back. Don't waste your 60 bucks on this c***Trust me, there are better ways of getting yourself fit. But doubt working with somebody that doesn't care about your money. All they care about is there ego...!

It's a scam! If you cancel subscription they still take money out of your account. Only get if u intend to never cancel it.

I signed up for a 1 month plan on 8 April (on promo price) and I didn't realised the small print that it will be automatically renewed at a full price the following month. So, I was charged the full price upon renewal on 8 May, which I only found out when I checked my credit card statement. I immediately wrote in to cancel the plan around 9 to 11 May where I was told that no refund will be provided and they will only stop charging me in June (the next cycle). They then offer for me to renew at an even lower price but I just ignored the offer as I felt cheated.
Here comes June 8th, and the continue to charge me at the full price. This is a total scam! So, dishonest, continue charging me even though I cancelled the plan!
I have just wrote to them to reverse the charge. I am concerned that they will give me the same excuse again. I.e. They cannot reverse the payment and continue charging me month after month.
For everyone's info, this company make it impossible for you to cancel the plan as I experienced. I had to spend over 1 hour looking for where (the button in the app and web portal for cancellation) I can do the cancellation but failed. Eventually I had to write in - but still being charge for service that I have terminated!

I double-clicked my apple pay to pay £15.19 then the screen froze, later I found they took an additional £6.99 & another £13.99. I only double-clicked my apple pay once when it said £15.19 they (mad muscles app)then took all this extra without me asking for or authorising the transaction.
Mad muscles are only in it for the money and don't care about customers I understand that but how does apple pay let this happen

Like many reviews on here, signed up and paid a small amount, realised it didn't suit me as it wasn't personalised like it said. Accepted that if paid a bit but cancelled straight away and thought nothing more of it. Check my banking a month later and had been incorrectly charged $50 roughly so I spoke to them about refunding this as I had cancelled the subscription and they refused
Basically they are set up to take your money, be very careful if you subscribe as you will find it difficult to cancel, and they will take extra from you in later months and refuse to return it
