According to Madmuscle's policy, the refund must be requested within 24 hours of registration, I did it after only 4 hours and they never gave me my money back. I do not recommend this garbage application, they scam and lie
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Misleading advertising leaves you with being charged lots more money with no easy way to cancel!
I download and purchased this app because showed up in a Starting Strength app search. It took me several days to actually open the app after I purchased it and it was nothing even close to a Starting Strength routine. I immediately asked for a refund, and after several days they told me they have certain rules that do not allow refunds. Typical scam app.
BEWARE they are scammers! I was expecting paying 15.99$USD for one month and they charged me extra amounts of 29.95$USD and 19.99$USD that I wasn't aware of. Also they put you on an automatic monthly renewal of 59.98$USD. I tried to cancel the subscription by myself but it was impossible to do so. Seeing that I've contacted them by e-mail (there is no phone) to cancel subs and have a refund on the amounts I wasn't aware of. They cancelled the subs (but not trusting them I've cancelled my credit card) but didn't get the refund. I've sent a dozen of emails back and forth with always the same kind of answer (a bot!?) saying that the billing manager doesn't approve the refund. The first time I've contacted them was the next day and I even told them to keep the 15.99$ (even though I won't use their app after losing my trust), I just want a refund on the amounts I wasn't aware of and still they did't want. So here I am to warn you that you'll get scammed (even though they will say they are not scammers). DO NOT buy from this company.
Mad Muscles charged my card on Google. I never accepted the fee. I have contacted them they will not refund my $56.00. No live people to help email only denied a refund. I don't even have the app downloaded.stay far away. Would give zero stars if I could.
I tried to sign up for a one week trial and the billed my PayPal 3 different charges and signed me up for a recuring charge. I did not agree to any of this. Can't beleive PayPal still services them. No response to emails to cancel
I had a highly negative experience with the Mad Muscles app. Multiple unauthorized charges were made, far exceeding the advertised amount, totaling over £60 for a 3-month service. Despite paying, there were no noticeable changes in the application. The promised personalized recipe program turned out to be disorganized and haphazardly distributed. Upon requesting cancellation and a refund, customer service denied my request, citing criteria I allegedly did not meet. Fortunately, my credit card company intervened, and I managed to recover my money. I strongly advise staying away from this app; it's a scam!
This is a scam
This is a scam. The app is predatory not making it clear what you are signing up for. Was charged over $250 when I was trying to sign up for the basic plan. Asked for the subscription to be canceled and refunded and told to review the refund policy which states the following:
Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations etc.);
Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid etc.).
So they basically steal your money then tell you to go away. Do not give this company your money.
From day one they over charge you and never refund you. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE. This ap must be reported and closed down ASAP.
App lures you into free trial subscriptions that result in over-expensive charges (80$) for mediocre workouts. All they care about is money. This is such a scam and I highly advise that you stay away and find a different option. Their billing team is less than helpful to say the least -- requested a refund the same day the app was downloaded because of the sheer deceptiveness used and lack of explaining the amount I would be charged. Guess what. They will not give me a refund. They are thieves.
They won't allow me to cancel even with medical reasoning. Very unfortunate that a company like this is around. Please go anywhere else.
I've been a victim here like many others. You think your selecting a one off purchase
Not no, they continue to take payments without agreement. Total scam. Do not purchase..
Horrible customer service and horrible product. No refund available. Misleading facebook ads. Waste of money.
This is the worst company. They have some shady stuff going on with their website. Be careful what you click and don't give them your credit card. They will charge you for stuff you didn't even know you agreed to and then won't cancel.
They lure you in with promises to buy a subscription for just 1 euro, but then they start deducting much larger amounts. Cancelling the plan in the app doesn't work, and other advertised features not functioning further prove that the app was designed to deceive and extort money fraudulently. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews before entering my card details; many have been deceived, and I had to block my card. Support inquiries yielded no results, even though I have video evidence. Don't fall for it!
The store your card details and keep charging you for unwanted services even after you tell them you don't want it. Stay away.
Don't use this company I signed up, wasn't getting the use out of it so cancelled the day it was due to start again but they still took £69.99 out of my account and won't refund me the money back even though I have closed my account with them. Shocking service and clearly just after making as much money as they can!
Do not subscribe to their plans. This provider is only interested in making quick bucks for a very average workout plan and inducing you to click on additional and useless nutrition plans.
They demonstrated their bad faith by refusing to refund unnecessary plans. The way the checkout is structured aims at facilitating clicks without confirmation window, acceptance box, etc. Before you know it, your credit card is charged. Stay away from this company which is just one inch before reaching a pure scam status.

The standard responses received from the MadMuscles are a combination of lies and bad faith.
1. They argue that approval is sought before charging. This is NOT true. I challenge the Company to show screenshots of their check-out process, which aims at facilitating immediate charge without any "click the box" to confirm agreement or confirmation of payment.
2. Their refund policy is simply drafted for avoidance purpose. I am reproducing it for entertainment purpose:..."you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met.
1. you contact us via email *******@xxx within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
2. You have followed the plan for at least 14 days in a row and can demonstrate this by providing us with a screen video or screenshots of workout plan history, which you have personally passed. (?!?)
So I purchased a subscription to try it out. I realized my own routine was far more effective, so I canceled it, didn't bother trying to get a refund. I got two emails, one confirming the cancel, the other offering a free month. They charged me again on Friday, saying it wasn't canceled just paused. Seriously? So obviously I ask for a refund and put in a request to delete my account. (My bank detected fraud and now my card is canceled, thanks madmuscles) they refused to refund me but offered me 3 free months. NO. So now I have to dispute it via my bank
This is a scam app, avoid. They just want your bank details, once you realise the app is junk and cancel it they will continue to steal your money from your account
