Forwarders are a complete scams. Onces I paid for my shipment. They have not yet shipped because of my postcode. Its RIDICULOUS! They have a month saying the same thing. And that the longer it takes the fees will just rise. Not my fault they can't do there jobs right! I reported this and also showed proof of payment to this place and I have not yet heard anything from the website. They just don't care, period. Thank goodness I didn't spent more that $50 on shipment. I learned my lesson! Be careful with this website.

My experience with Made.in.China.com has been a disaster. The supplier: Mecan Medical Equipment Ltd of Guangzhou was not trustworthy. I purchased two different sets of supposedly good quality hearing aids, only to be supplied with the types kf lower standards. I reasoned with the supplier and with Made.in.China.com, for return and refund, but to no avail. Stay away from this supplier

I paid for a leather dalmatian purse that was never delivered by the carrier. The carrier was "17 track"... the notes are confusing it says delivered and then it says twice after that "Delayed" that was 15 days ago. I have sent several emails about the issue with no resolution. I'm out 50 dollars.

I have been working with Luoyang Baorui Commercial Trading Co., Ltd. for over a month trying to order cabinets. It is a never ending failure trying to get complete answers and order a sample. There is something wrong with this company or those representatives conducting business on their behalf. Their pricing does not match as advertised, I would recommend staying away from this company and their products. I will post these issues on state side forms to reflect their poor business ethics.

Have been dealing with Dongguan Xinguan Swimwear, if you enjoy quality AND your money do not buy from them! Samples were great and then when ordering large quantities, was sent inferior apparel plus large amount of missing items. So now they have my money in credit (thousands) and I have apparel that I can't even sell. Mr Allen Tian you're a disgusting and disappointing excuse of a human being

The fishy thing about this site is when you inquire about products you will receive mixed emails from suppliers who doesn't even have a store on their site! So who is allowing this site to release inquiries? Fishy business! Not one business will use their STS system that in it self is a joke. They give companies a trusted badge next to their name to make you feel safe in placing orders. Just because a company incorporated a "name" doesn't make them trustworthy!

I even found what seems to be legit supplier from their website but because I was scammed For $2500 by a diamond/gold/audited/ Supplier I will never ever purchase or look forward to doing any business with made-in-China or any similar company.
It may be harder for me to start from scratch again but this time I'll do business in my own country where if there are any discrepancies I can simply return it and get my hard working earned money back!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Stay far away.

I was scammed by AQ PINS & Gift Co. LTD. I lost my 3,500 USD from their scam. Until now i never got my money back. I contacted the support of made in china several times but nothing happened. No feedback whatsoever. Everytime i ask for update nothing was happening. Its been a year now and i never got my money back. Their scammer employees are Cynthia, alice, michelle and kevin. I bought an embroidery machine from company Holiauma. At first the sales person is extra friendly to you to get you to buy the product. Once you paid. You are the one to be after them with follow-ups. They dont care any more. They take time to reply to your whatzapp messages or they just ignore your messages.

My machine came with a very old software Version 5 and latest Version now is 9. When they advertised their product, they said it comes with free digitizing software worth 500$.

South Africans please be very careful of online purchases.

Im still very angry, i lost my hard earned money to start a small business.
First this company (listed on made-in-china.com) agreed and promised everything, then asked for 45% deposit but after they had recieved the deposit they started to make excuses after excuses. In the end this company disappeared. Contacted made-in-china.com but NO help but all bull$#*! and crap. Please please DO NOT trust this platform. Never ever pay anything in advance, not even a penny. Learn from my experiance. Cheers

All business contacting you through this website are bunch of theives which will respond to you and then even provide you design or artwork until you make the payment and then disappear.
You make contact to the dispute section (*******@made-in-china.com), and they simply ignore you and refer you to the china business council.

I got an email from made In china app in which there was a number of the supplier (shenzhen paiyi technology co.ltd). I dealed with that company & paid 405usd and now it has been more than a month that I am writing email to made in china customer care and getting no response from them I got stuck and regret to deal through this mode any one seeing my comment pls don't promote this types of app they all are fraud. Made in china app has only fraud supplier.
