Negatives
1. After making my request, very few suppliers came forward with prices, some only contacted me as far as 10 days later. None offered me their best price (which is what I asked for, to save time) but some eventually came down in price. One supplier in particular was very forceful and tried to beat every other suppliers price. And then sulked (like a child) when I did not chose them because they originally offered me the highest price. I got the distinct feeling this supplier would have sold their mother, just to out bid everyone else. Not professional at all.
2. I ordered 6 May; was told they would dispatch quickly and within one week. Dispatch date was actually 24 May.
3. Then no tracking available for the entire journey and my items arrive with no warning/date/time.
4. Original delivery date given was 20 June but many delays meant my order did not dock in UK until 5 July and then reached me on 10 July.
6. Although I received my items both boxes were badly crushed and deformed, it was only luck that the manufacturer (Deye) had cleverly left sufficient space and fitted corner strengthening packing, that the items were not damaged.
7. Even the date of purchase in the title of this review is incorrect.
8. Overall VERY POOR.

1. I learnt a lot, my items did eventually arrive and my supplier (Anhui Kingwooh Energy Technology Co. Ltd. *******@kingwoohsolar.com -Telephone 86-*******0517) was amazing, doing his very best. Excellent customer service from him, I will use them again and again.

We ordered products from a supplier on the website and received inferior goods. When requesting a return, the seller denied it through the madeinchina platform. We contacted madeinchina support and they haven't responded. We will have to take legal action in order to force the refund.

It's really easy to go through products you like, save them. Would be great to have more sorting options of your favourite productions but really nice overal. I like there is clear information on the website for nearly everything you need. Communication on the website could be better, at times I can't scroll to the through the message thread.
The final product was cheap and poorly made. I requested a refund, an email that has been met with crickets. I won't hold my breath. One star for getting the item to the destination on time.
I would like to point out that my experience with other vendors in China have been exceptional, so they are not all like this. Just beware of this company.

Supplier sent my order via Poat office which it took a month long with few days which then it came with rediculous high customs and taxes when I have time I will return the order i haven't even fetch it from post office I was really disappointed with the service am never using this supplier ever again.
