They advertise this underwear having no-roll waistband. This is false! The waistband rolls immediately when you put them on.
We purchased the silver masks, and are completely unsatisfied. The straps are much to short and not adjustable, thus the mask is binding and pulls the ears forward. We do not recommend this product.
Worst experience I've ever had with an online order was given a pair of shorts from Mack welding best shorts I ever had went to the website ordered a similar pair they said it would be here in 3 days they were $65 a week went by I finally received them I opened the package and there was a pair of children's jeans in the package I'm so disappointed I just want my money back I don't never order anything online never trusted it and now I never will again can't find a contact number to shorts for $65 can't figure out how to get my money back Mack welding sucks
MW was once one of my favorite brands, but sadly I've now made my last purchase. The underwear is fine, whatever, basically like all my other underwear is "fine, whatever." The "cheaper" line of t-shirts straight up suck. Don't bother. The overpriced line is much better quality, but still overpriced. The last straw though are the $80 shorts that are literally glued together, then UNglued. Seams just peeled right apart after a couple washes. (See photo: extra pockets, yay) Crazy ridiculous. Mack is whack. See ya.
Shipped wrong product in the wrong size and wrong color. They offer no phone service to correct and waiting 5 days beyond the 2-3 days they offer. The customer service is email only with an automated reply. It has been 3 days from the original receipt of the wrong item and still waiting on a resolution. Absolutely worst customer service experience.
The option to ship to Canada is represented to include duties and taxes so you don't have to worry about it later. Unfortunately, I was dinged an additional $43 on a $80 sweatshirt, ultimately leading to me paying $120 CAD for what turned out to be an average sweatshirt. When I reached out to complain, they agreed to refund the $23 shipping amount charged instead of the $43 I paid. Embarrassing experience overall and will avoid going forward. Do not recommend for Canadian shoppers, and only buy if there's a great sale.
There refund experience is terrible. When they get the return, they hold the item for a week before you get a refund. Evidently they know they have unhappy customers so they don't even have a phone number. Never again!
Their 18hr boxers are great. My new favorite boxers vs all expensive brands like Ralph Lauren, Saxx, Nautica, Tommy John
Their slogan should be "Clothes for Little Pixie Men." Are you taller than average? Move along. Their $#*! only fits little guys.
First I have to say the quality is not bad. Soft cotton and fabric. However what I received originally and what comes out after wash are two different things. All the polos seem to shrink about 1" all over. It's really not idea.
Also the lack of a contact phone number for customer service is quite cumbersome. I recently sent in a customer service request and got an automatic reply stating that it may take up to SIX business days for a response. This is a bit ridiculous.
Return policy is not true. NO ONE EVER EVEN GOT BACK TO ME.
Promotional Codes are not excepted. ALL CODES ENTERED EVEN FROM THEIR OWN ADD MATERIALS ARE NOT EXCEPTED.
Lack of Customer Service. NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL OR EMAIL
Buy Tommy John
The trunks are not worth $32.00 a pair! The waistband rolls over all the time. There's a seam that rubs the sack the wrong way. The legs do not stay down as described in ad.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I'm sorry I wasted my money.
"international surcharge" is 20%. Claims to be for duties and taxes, but that's ridiculous. Not even UPS gouges that much for brokerage. Charge Canadians more if you'd like, but don't couch it in border costs. Just a scam. Stay away.
PS. Customer service also quite poor.
I guess I fell for all the advertising about how great these pants were -- they're not. The company must have designed them for very strange bodies: the crotch is dropped, the thighs are enormous, and then they taper down to almost nothing at the ankle, so basically what you're getting are clown pants. If a clown is what you want to look like at the gym, these are for you. If you want to look normal, forget about it.
I wish I would have checked to see if this company had a phone listed on their site, they don't. The only reason any company won't give you a place to call is due to constantly cheating people they would get a million calls per day. I did find a phone number on Google search *******872) but they do not answer except for a message saying they wont pick up and to email them. Another company that won't give out a phone number is Rock Auto, same bad customer service and I think they are in New York also. By the way, the underwear suck.
My first pants did not arrive. Then they mailed the to my billing address. I'm NOT there now. Then they tell they shipped them to the address I wanted them too; however when I tracked it on Fedex it's going to my billing address.
Just stay away from these people
Purchased a pair of their pants for my son in LA. They were shipped and said they were delivered but they were never received by my son. I have emailed them 5 times and posted on their Social Media [which from any other company you hear back in minutes] and no response. I want to be refunded. There is no phone number to contact them. When I am in NYC they are going to get a visit... they are a terrible company.
I purchased a large pair of sweat-pants and they were too small. Following Mack Weldon return policy I returned the large pair the day I received them (November 2,2017), and requested an even exchange for an extra-large pair. I was charged a second time for the extra-large paints with the promise that the price of the first pair would be credited to my credit card. I'm still waiting for the credit in January, 2018!
Bought several MW items in recent weeks. Had to take time to make 3 requests for 'return' label the one time I wanted to make an exchange. Weeks later, still waiting for mailing label. No response from e-communications w/ MW rep 'Matt' who, amazingly enough, couldn't cease corresponding w/ me as long as I was making purchases. Seems they're trying to wait until the 30-day period expires, then, is too late to exchange or get refund... don't believe the customer service hype! Worst way, ever, to keep a new customer!
