Luxury exchange was a really good company but now very slow to answer emails and impossible to get paid for items sold attitude not the nicest lately either I have bought and sold from this website
Company are Non responsive to emails and exceptionally slow to make payment for items already sold. Very disappointing.
This company has no expertise in selling luxury items as they can't even Authenticate them properly. They are not the nicest to deal with either. Very fake attitude and some fake product they are selling. Also some second hand product are so overpriced and if you sell with them, they try to rob you and offer the lowest price possible. They commission is too high. I recommend Vestiaire Collective the French site
LuxuryExchange does sell legitimate bags and products. They're all really LV, Chanel, Hermes, etc. BUT I've found that you can get better prices on other online sites like eBay etc. Or even if I wait for a sale at Nordstrom or Bloomingdales sometimes I can find a better deal too. So you can try LuxuryExchange but be sure to check around for better prices.
