All of the things we look for in our purchasing perimeters. This site gives us jack $#*!. Then, oh and then, they ask for "a tip". Picked up on that American thing did you.?
I call this the Halloween skunk wig. Shoddy $#*! for my 159.00 dollars. Buyer beware. You've got class ladies, use it.

Update to my previous review because someone asked. After hounding them via email and Facebook for weeks, I finally received the return address. Because it had to be shipped back to China, I paid 130 dollars to ship. They did NOT reimburse for the shipping, but I did get my refund. In the end I was still out money and the company didn't lose since I sent it back unworn and in the package. They also censor the reviews on Facebook so this is the only truthful review site. Don't take the risk

I'm very happy with my wigs! They are both very soft and silky with a natural looking cut. They came with baby hairs and conservatively pre-plucked hairlines. The shipping was fast after production of the wigs was finished, and the seller was very communicative and pleasant to email. The brown wig I bought had a bit of a smell but it was not off-putting or unexpected. It has washed out easily. I also bought a platinum blonde wig and was shocked because it is the softest bleach processed hair I've ever felt. The only thing I would suggest for the site is to clarify on each wig posting the construction type of the wig, such as the amount of lace used and where, and the measurements. Some of this extra information could also be included in the form of photos of the inside of the units. Both of my wigs are dense, full, and shiny. I will definitely come back to this seller first next time I want to purchase a wig!

I wish I had listened to these reviews and stayed away from this place. I have no idea where my wig and when I will receive it. I have no confirmation that it even shipped. How can I put in a claim for a refund within 30 days if I won't even receive this within 30 days?! By the look of things the wig will probably be crappy anyways. I will never shop with them again. This has been the worst experience by far and I'm very disappointed.

They are a scam the wig on the websites are not what you receive. My frosted white short blunt cut bob was an ugly layered style and a purple and white ombre A cut was a frosted tip blunt cut bob. They also delete your comments from their social media and block you so you can't tell the truth about them

The wig i ordered was supposed to be a soft pink with black roots the pink was bold bright pink the black roots are not even throughout the hair( if i pull it back the black looks like stair steps :(. Even after adding 2 extra bundles of my owner the wig is still very thin) False Advertisement at its best. The quality hair is like baby doll hair. I was so disappointed with the color i changed it and toned the hair and it still looks synthetic:(And hair ships from China! The lace was a good quality that's the only positive thing i can say.The pic attached is after i added 2 26"bundles and changed the color.

If you're looking for everyday wearable wigs, I'd recommend LuxHairshop. They've go the best collection of colours, style and length.

The only problem I had with them was one of the custom wigs I ordered shed a lot because they claim to have used a lot of chemicals and process to achieve my requirements although it's a very simple colour and style.

I ordered hair on August 2,2020, and on August 6, I inquired about the estimated time of delivery. I did not get an response so I looked at there reviews and a huge number of people stated they do not have a phone number and it's hard to get a response email when you want to return sonething. Therefore I cancelled received multiple emails asking why. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company the owner responded you cannot cancel after 12 hours if after 24 hours you get 50 percent back. Also on the website it states it's a 30 day refund policy. Does not show the 12 hour cancellation. To date I have not received the product so therefore they want to keep my money and never deliver the product and if you return it you pay shipping cost to China really owner is Dalian Shunfa

Usually when you place an order with a company you get a email confirmation and tracking number. 1st red flag. 2nd red flag was that after multiple emails sent to them no one responded. 3rd red flag was when I commented on a photo simply saying that I never received my order, they deleted it, and still no response. Now I am going to dispute this scam with my bank.

Hair lux will accept your payment and never ship the product! Do mot buy! I sent follow up emails and never got any responses
