I ordered hair on August 2,2020, and on August 6, I inquired about the estimated time of delivery. I did not get an response so I looked at there reviews and a huge number of people stated they do not have a phone number and it's hard to get a response email when you want to return sonething. Therefore I cancelled received multiple emails asking why. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company the owner responded you cannot cancel after 12 hours if after 24 hours you get 50 percent back. Also on the website it states it's a 30 day refund policy. Does not show the 12 hour cancellation. To date I have not received the product so therefore they want to keep my money and never deliver the product and if you return it you pay shipping cost to China really owner is Dalian Shunfa

Tip for consumers:
Do not you must cancel within 12 hours to get a refund after 24 hours 50 percent refund so your paying the company for nothing. The company is in China and owner is Dalian Shunfa again I never received the product and I paid 158.00 like its a charity. They are breaking consumer laws
