The company's reputation is significantly marred by customer dissatisfaction, particularly regarding product quality and customer service. Many customers report receiving items that do not match descriptions, with concerns about the materials and craftsmanship. Additionally, the company's return policy is a major pain point, as customers face challenges in processing returns, often having to ship items internationally at their own expense. Despite claims of a satisfaction guarantee, there is a pervasive sentiment that the company does not honor these promises, leading to feelings of frustration and distrust among consumers. Overall, the feedback indicates a troubling disconnect between marketing claims and actual customer experiences.

I ordered leather shoes from them, what I got was cheap coated fabric shoes that gave off a strong petrochemical smell. They boast a 100% satisfaction guarantee but have no intention of honoring their claim. When I tried to get my money back they require returning the shoes to an address in China, rather than the domestic address (US) that they shipped from, saying they can't refund me because they have to pay for their overhead and labor. It wouldn't have been an issue if they'd sent me what I ordered. The cost of shipping exceeds the cost of the shoes. When I disputed the charge with my bank, they lied to the bank in their affidavit saying they sent exactly what I ordered. Do not shop from this site.
Be very careful before you purchase. If you want to exchange or return -FORGET ABOUT IT. Not unless you are are willing to send everything back to China and I don't even think that would work. The shoes are flimsy and not very well made. The claim of orthopedic support is pretty imaginative to say the least and it takes forever to get the items but I guess that makes sense since they are coming from China. Bottom line is the Luxeport is a rip off.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Luxesort. Once I received them I put them on and within hours they gave me a blister. When I took them off the lining was coming apart on one shoe. I contacted the company right away.
Their websites states multiple time 100% guaranteed. Also says "OUR GUARANTEE: IT WILL FIT OR WE'LL EXCHANGE FOR FREE"... this is not true. They told me that I have to send the shoes back to China at my expense.
Their website also states "We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an iron-clad money back guarantee. Buying online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, we'll make it right… It's our promise"
The support at Luxesort has been poor, they are not honoring anything that their website claims. Read the reviews outside of the website before you order anything. They are a fraudulent company, although the product looks good online.
I ordered one of their products (Luxeport Silk Duvet) through airmails.ca web site. Product was not as described, very thin (like thin blanket), For duvet that is very expensive ($550) - it was certainly not much looking like duvet.
I tried to get in touch with manufacturer, but no luck at all. Called numerous times and different times of day, left messages on the phone, tried contacting through their web sit but never received reply.
Phone number that they have posted for customer service is someone private cell phone (?)
Their web site seems very nice, products are marketed aggressively as the best and they claim to be manufacturer.
I have my doubt. Having in mind that they never answer the phone or other messages, this appears to be one of these scammers were they have nice web site (and that is all) but products are made and drop shipped from Asia, most likely China
