*The lighting "sunlight:" makes the hair look BROWN! WHAT?!... They advertise a color on their website, and send you a completely DIFFERENT COLOR! I sent pictures to them of the merchandise, they sent me... The merchant had the audacity to tell me, I could have the items professionally dyed! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS w/ this company again! I should have read the REVIEWS FIRST! *They are in China... Bottom line "THEY GOT OVER!" BUYER BEWARE!
I had a great experience with customer service. I purchased 4 wigs in the span of a month &). The first, loved so much (it came pre-cut) so I decided to order a second. That second one came pre-cut.
I also order a BOGO and these wigs did not come pre-cut. I placed my order and decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could accommodate me. I heard back within 24hrs. They said absolutely they could, of course it would be a small fee but I didn't mind because it's convenient and I know I won't ruin the wig. I was sent an invoice and as soon as I paid it they did what needed to be done on their end and shipped the wigs out. I shared with the fb group to request precut if they need it because a lot of us are busy or nervous to do it. I think because of this we now can opt for pre-cut lace on all wigs which is great. I've always had fast and really good customer service with luvme which is why l've been a loyal customer for years.
OMG! Luvme never dissapoints. This is my 3rd unit purchase and I already can not wait to purchase my next unit. The hair in this unit is simply gorgeous! The highlights are a great addition. I get so many compliments!

I love my hair. Curls are cute, nice and soft. I didn't even use glue to install, just added a little water. This is my second unit. Time to shop for a third.
This hair barely sheds, I use water and Cantu to keep the curls long lasting! The quality is to die for, everyone should give it a try for sure you won't be disappointed
This hair is SO SOFT, doesn't tangle, it didn't have a funny smell, the wig cap was too big for my little peanut head but I adjusted that by folding sewing the wig Cap, I get so many compliments. I've only had the wig for a week and I've already ordered another.
This wig was just as described online. Came with accessories such as cap pins and a beautiful Luvme clip. Oh I can't forget the mink lashes! I would definitely be purchasing another wig.
I'm not typically a wig wearer. This wig is beautiful and very soft I thought these wigs were just for younger people but I was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone keep up the good work.
I was skeptical due to some of the reviews but i've gotten many compliments on this wig & i must say i'm not disappointed it holds well to straight & curl looks natural & very soft too touch

By me just having an infant I need something quick and fast for my hair but cute and satisfying as well I have been always wanting to buy a wig online but scared but I have pick the perfect hair from Luvmehair my 180% density frontal wig was so cute and soft I will be purchasing from y'all again
I must admit I was a little skeptical about ordering an online wig but thanks to Luvme hair I received a beautiful wig also I received headbands, hairpins and a beautiful Luvme hair clip. I highly recommend all my Nubian queens order as I plan to order more!

The smell is not good. It's embarrassing actually. I prefer no hugs for fear they will smell my hair. Yes I have washed, and used apple cider vinegar to no avail

I purchased the Undetectable Invisible Lace Glueless 13x4 Frontal Lace Wig | Real HD Lace. I performed just as advertised. My lace is pretty much unclockable. The only downside is the cap doesn't cop in a size small.
