Luv my luvme

I have order 6 wigs from luvme hair. They never disappoint. Delivery is always fast. But it's the product that is worth bragging about. The quality is outstanding. I have used several times for photos. I even used one of their wigs for my wedding. They have a lifelong customer in me.

Wigs Shed BADLY!

I've ordered multiple wigs from Luvme Hair and it is normal to have a little shedding; however, this is now a pattern and even developed balding in one wig.

The hair look good on the pictures advertised but on the actual ppl they look horrible. I know I'll stick with mslynn hair. And the reviews with the ppl saying they're happy I think it's a scam along with the company so won't waste my time with the hair but writing this review I will.

Firstly, our wigs are 100% human hair, which has been our promise all these years. Please do not worry on this. Sorry that we couldn't find your order number with the informations left, we are not able to look into the problem detailedly. But according to the picture provided, please kindly note that colored wig tends to dry out easily and needs more hair care compared to the regular natural black units. Normally our wigs could last for more than one year under proper care. We would love to provide some hair care tips if necessary.
Secondly, we are grateful when customers are willing to give our products a try. We totally understand the feelings when the product didn't meet the expectations. It's a SCAM!

I put one star cause I didn't have the option to put ZERO stars. It's a scam! Garbage garbage garbage! I bought it for mothers day, imagine my disappointment. You have to take the wig to a hairstylist to get it looking like the photos--even more money.

Never Again!

I will never EVER order from this company again! I was checking out when they offered what I considered a free wig after all the discounts. Naturally, I added it to my cart bc it was free well 3 days later and no word from the company I reach out and was told the free wig was on backorder, and bc of that my entire order was on hold. Well I wanted clip-ins for Mother's Day and asked if they could be shipped separately and was told sure checked the next day and still no shipment. I've literally asked via chat for a contact number 3x and they dance around the question and don't really help or give a crap. If you order from this company expect some bs.

Normally, we have sufficient stocks for the free wigs. Not sure if there is any other misunderstanding which caused the delay. Secondly, our phone service isn't available lately and we were not able to give you a call. There is a online chat service which is available at 5am-5pm(PST Time). The default parting for this wig is middle part, but the parting can be changed to your liking as it comes with a 13X4 lace. We would suggest our customers can style it a bit to their liking upon receipt of the product.

I've seen all the great reviews and decided to give Luvme wigs a try. I received the first wig, and it was too short. I called the customer service, and they were reluctant to issue a refund. I keep the wig and the add on they provided (a wig comb and headband) I ordered a second wig and it look like it was thrown in the box with no additional add-ons. It was not worth the money they charged me. I won't purchase anything else from them again.

Hair not received

I bought 2 wigs from Luvwme, awaiting these gor some events I was going to attend, they arrived in England but not to my address, when I called the courier they said they were being returned back to Luveme in China, after countless emails requesting a refund, to which they have not responded, I am left out of pocket, No hair and minus the money I paid! No customer satisfaction, and they do not care, DISGUSTING COMPANY! P.S no photos as I have no hair to take pics of.

Ordered the kinky ponytail, watched the tutorial on YouTube, never could figure out how to apply it to look like the models. Ordered a wig, didn't open the box until two weeks after I'd received it. Boy was I ever disappointed when I saw the wig. Looks nothing like the advertised product. However, they did have instructions that states, "If you're a beginner to wigs or want them to look like how they're shown on our social media, it is advised to consult a professional stylist." I'm not vitro go through the hassle of returning it, but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LUVME WIGS AGA!

I sent you pictures of both wigs with the confirmation number. NO RESPONSE from your company AT ALL! My bank refunded my money through a dispute. Stop lying. I sent you all the information by email 7 times and no response EVER! It's not a reputable company and their wigs are trash! ZERO STARS
