Luvme Hair

I purchased 2 wigs from Luvme Wigs. One of them I wanted to return. I emailed Luvme to request a refund as instructed within 48 hours. There's no phone number to talk to a representative and they do not give you instructions on how to return items. They don't respond to emails. I have requested a return address several times and have not received it. I suggest you do not buy from them because their customer service is awful.

I ordered on Black Friday and I had it by that following Thursday! The hair was soft and the lace was thin, so they weren't lying about it being undetectable! Even though I ordered the glueless wig, I still glued it but the lace just melted into my skin! This is my first time ordering a wig, I usually make my own, but I am so glad I did! It saved me time and money, and turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I can't wait to order my next 1!

This was my second purchase from this company and it was horrible! Straight out the bag the hair on the wig was coming out in clumps and the wig was not at all glueless as advertised. I tried to salvage the wig but due to the bad hair it was to no avail. I spent extra money trying to salvage hair and notified the company immediately after receiving the wig. The company tried to low ball me with offering me a $50.00 refund. I paid $213.99 for the wig and was out of over $100.00 extra trying to salvage the wig which was to no avail. The company still will not refund my money even though they false advertised the wig and the hair was faulty.

I love this unit. The quality of the hair is Impeccable. This hair have minimal shedding & the unit is Beautiful. I will be ordering more hair. This is definitely my go to site for all my hair needs. Ladies please go visit Luvme Hair & purchase your hair. You won't be disappointed!

Thus far I have purchased three Luvme wigs and I can't be more please with the quality and easy of washing, conditioning and styling. I've even been able to customize my wigs to my small head size without any issues. I highly recommend Luvme to anyone wanting to purchase a high quality, customizable wig at a very reasonable price! The day after my wig was due to arrive, I reached out to UPS to check on delivery. They informed me the package was more than likely lost at the warehouse and to reach out to Luvme and have them file a claim. I have several times and they keep telling me the hair is at UPS being shipped and sending me tracking info. UPS has lost the package and Luvme is not doing anything to get me the product or a refund. I would not suggest ANYONE to purchase from this company. They have my money and are trying to just leave me asses out. Horrible, horrible experience!

I have been buying wigs for a few yrs now and the past year or 2 I have been exclusive to luvme hair I have about 8 I'll have to count later. I started buying them because I would constantly change my hair color and style and it was damaging my hair. And my hair is thin. LUVME has affordable and beautiful lace options!

My first time ordering from luvme hair, and I LOVE THIS UNIT(blunt cut closure Bob wig 12")! I ordered on a Thursday night, and received by Monday morning! It's very full, soft, and so easy to manage! The care pouch was a nice added touch and the wax stick has really come in handy! I usually NEVER order from FB, but after reading reviews, and receiving I will definitely be a repeat customer. This unit even came with a nude attachment underneath the hairline, so after I braided my hair down, I didn't even need to use a wig cap. The only modification I made was plucking the part to widen it for a more natural look. I'm IN love with this hair and their customer service!

They will refuse to pay you, block you when you ask about your money. They were fine until I started to make money from my coupon code. They refuse to pay me and act like they are confused. So many people have bought wigs because of me. They also continue to use my videos to promote these wigs. The wigs I bought with my own money and the wigs they sent were good but as far as working with them. Never again, I will also never purchase from them again. Sucks but I learned my lesson.

I love this company! First off the quality of the hair is great! I have a few wigs I have ordered from here and all of them are great quality! The hair comes very fast and packaged very nicely. I would definitely recommend Luvme Hair!

I've been a big fan of Luvme for while. I see how everyone is pleased and I have kept my eye on all reviews. I finally took the leap and ordered with Luvme. As soon as I took the hair out of the box I was pleased. The texture is beautiful. Then I installed and before I even glued it down I couldn't stop smiling. The lace is great. I love all the clips and the band option. It's a great unit. Thank you Luvme I am now officially hooked. And thank you for the goodies that were included. That's totally appreciated.
