I absolutely love the headband wig line here at Luvme Hair! They are an absolute game changer I haven't graduated to a whole wig yet so this was the perfect beginner wig for me. This is an update to the response below. It took this company 3 months to respond to this review. Do not order from them. They are liars. I sent you pictures of both wigs with the confirmation number. NO RESPONSE from your company AT ALL! My bank refunded my money through a dispute. Stop lying. I sent you all the information by email 7 times and no response EVER! It's not a reputable company and their wigs are trash! ZERO STARS
My 13 x 6 HD kinky curly wig is one of my best wig purchases out of the many wigs that I have. As minimal shedding in the curls are beautiful! I install my own wigs and this made it super simple with the lace being so transparent! I highly recommend this wig
This turned out to be a great investment. I've always wanted to purchase a good quality wig and always found them to be very expensive. Bot only ate these wigs not expensive but they're great quality and long lasting human hair wigs. I'm going to order my next before the week is up!
I first started seeing ads on Facebook, then on Instagram. Of course, I was very skeptical, but started reading the customer reviews and viewing the "unboxing" videos, and was intrigued. I finally worked up the nerve to order and WOW! 2 DAYS LATER! My beautiful unit was delivered. I was so pleased and felt like royalty when I saw the purple box with a bow, the wonderful gifts inside, along with the softest, best quality hair I have ever experienced on a unit. The installation was easy, and I have flat ironed it with no problems, used a wand on the highest heat setting, and the hair not only responded well, but the curls maintained their shapes for days on end. I use very little product, if any... I've even washed and conditioned it and air dried it to get the deep wavy look shown on my picture. The color is amazing, and I've received many compliments on this unit. Thanks so much for being a quality company with quality products, and I WILL be ordering more!

This hair is really soft. No products needed. I was able to wear it straight out the box as shown in the picture. The item was shipped very fast. I will definitely be ordering more hair from this company

This was my first time wearing a wig and I watched so many videos, but actually getting and wearing this unit reassured me I made the right choice. The glue less body wave 20" fits perfectly. Shipping was fast.
Although, it is a beautiful wig, it was a little much full for me. Therefore, I had my stylist thinned it out.
This was my first time ordering from this company and was skeptical due to purchases from other companies and the wigs not looking anything like what's advertised on the website. But after reading several reviews I ordered the Summer Celebrity lace-front wig and are completely satisfied. I bleached and colored it to my liking. The hair is soft and with mousses, the curls popped right back after washing it. So far... so good.
The wig was expensive but I feel overall it was worth it.
This was an amazing wig easy to install, didn't even need glue just clip off the lace put on my freeze spray and out the door slaying. Can be worn without freeze spray as well just pull on my head and go.

I have been seeing this hair company on IG & Facebook for monthsss and finally decided to give them a try. I'm so happy with my 1st purchase with this hair company! Also, liked my complimentary items, especially the scarf!
OMG! This wig is so comfortable and I truly love wearing it when I am going out. My husband and my family love it a whole lot. It is easy to brush through. Spray a little water or leave-in conditioner spray and it will give you the best curls. I wish it has a burgundy color wig and I will be satisfied to purchase another one soon.
I ordered a 10 inch bob 7/2/19. The description had no mention of layers. I received the wig 7/8/19. I cut and tented the lace and installed it. It didn't seem right! To my surprise the back looked like a child cut it! The last layer was longer than the top, giving a mullet appearance. I emailed Stella immediately. I also emailed later that night with pictures. I was offered a partial refund, in which I declined. I did not pay a partial price. And I do not feel like I should have to go through the trouble of sending the wig all the way to Hong Kong. The next email had the same offer but this time I was told to send the wig to a person and an address the wig did not come from. I was also told that I had to pay for the shipping and try to send it usps because they don't have shipping labels! Their customer service is terrible! And you can barely decipher the emails.

For resolving your problem, we had emailed you several times and provide solutions for you, but you refused to following our return policy to solve it.
About the refund, you want us refund to you at first, but according to our return policy, you must provide the return tracking number for us then we can start the refund process. Everything is in accordance with the return policy. No one can guarantee that if you will return the items to us after we provide a refund.
We had promised we will full refund to you and will also refund the return postage to you after we receive the return parcel.

This was a great install! The packaging was super cute and the hair had no smell! I Am throughly enjoying my free gifts! I have the wig in 16 inches and I'm so satisfied! The color layout of the wig is so smooth and pretty! It also curls great and holds! I love that it came with combs and band! Great buy will buy again!
I ordered from the vendor on Thursday. The package came o. A timely manner it includes 3 bundles of the Big Curl 24,26, and 28 inches and a 20 inch closure. Of course the first bundle that I looked at was the 28 Inch. I ran my fingers thru the bundle and immediate shedding. I then removed the ties and begin to unravel the bundle there was tangle as well as shedding. I'm disappointed. I paid 211.28 for the hair I haven't even installed and its shedding pretty bad. I will leave images of what I have. Buy at your on risk. I have purchased better quality in a Hair store locally.
The hair itself is very cheap looking and the U part is way too wide.
When I asked for a refund I was told that I would only get 1/2 my money back AND i had to pay for the return shipping to somewhere in Asia, and wait until they received it (which could take weeks/months) before I'd get the refund.
I decided not to put myself through the additional frustration and just kept the ugly thing.
I now have the most expensive costume wig ever.
