It's been 9 weeks and I still haven't receive anything nor do I even get an automated email response from their website. There's no way to check tracking, nothing after they withdraw money from your account.
After purchasing a pair of sunglasses last month I was worried when they never came in, saw many reviews about it being a scam and wrote it off as a lose. Before giving up on them I downloaded an app to track my purchases, with the code Lushlity emailed me I was able to see that my order was coming from China. Today they showed up on my doorstep in great condition. It's not a scam just a long process
Ordered a pair of sunglasses three months ago haven't recived them. Tried "tracking" my package and their tracking site doesn't even work. I've emailed them several times with no replay other than someone is working on it and no contact after that. Money of course debited right away.
Terrible. Their service is just terrible. I waited for 3 items that I ordered from the Internet and I have not received them in six months. I sent them an e-mail They said they'd take care of it and instead it completely disappeared from the system in my country The emails I sent them were somehow deleted not by me! I tried to write back to the email I had for them and the message could not be sent at all. Thieves! Just thieves! Keep your money and just do not order from there! I've never met a worse service in my life
I ordered a pair of glasses 2 months ago and they still have not arrived. I have emailed them several times and the only responses I get are "please be patient they will be delivered soon." Getting very annoyed. The money was taken from my account the second I ordered. If I could give a 0 I would.
Honestly the worst company ever! It's been over a month and I still have not received my items. Where is this stuff coming from that it takes over a month?! They say it's been sent? But from where?! I ordered something from China and it came faster. No phone number! Nothing! I will probably get my swimsuits when it's freezing and raining!
Ordered items over a month ago. Notified them regarding my missing tracking number that was supposed to be sent within 5-7 business days. They said they would resend. This sequence of events happened an additional 3 times. I still have not received my items and unless it comes with a cute puppy that is house trained and stays a puppy for ever it wasn't worth the headache.
Placed an order a month ago and it stated 3-5 days for shipping information. It's been a month and my order still hasn't even been processed. When I reached out to them they said it's been processed and shipped and to await the tracking number. Then I reached out a week later after not receiving anything and they said it's being processed. The contradicting replies and still lack of shipping confirmation, etc. after a month is highly worrisome and irritating. I assume they'll arrive at some point (wouldn't be surprised if they didn't though), but definitely not in time for all my summer events I bought them for.
Do NOT order from her do not do not do not. Is there a negative rating? They give you scam tracking numbers and if they even do decide to deliver to you it will be sometime within that year or two if you're lucky. Do not waste your money here!
If I could rate this site in the negatives I would have. I am going on two months and still not even a confirmation of tracking email. Have sent several emails to them and they obviously could care less as they reply with the same bull$#*! over and over again. "We have escalated your order to priority we will be in touch with you in a couple of days" 2 weeks later still nothing. Just disgusting THEIFS. Have been asking for a refund and they kee ignoring my request and saying please be patient. I highly recommend you DONT shop from this site. As soon as I am able to I will be making sure I am informing pay pal of this fraudulent site. SAVE YOUR MONEY
I order my sunglasses on 8/23 and recieved the shades on 10/13 almost 2 whole months, and on top of waiting i recieved the wrong color that i ordered. Overall the buys was not worth it, the shades are decent but the process is not worth it.
I am sorry about my previa review, I was worried because I could not track my order and this page does not have any customer service phone, I though that it was scam and I had wasted my money. But when my order came I was so happy, it was just like it look in the picture and it had a gift inside. Thanks you so much. Sorry about my previous review and just improve your chipping methos
They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered my swimsuit in May. 2 months later. STILL nothing. They say 3-5 days you'll receive your tracking number. Yet I didnt receive that until 1 1/2 months later and after 2 weeks. The tracking number STILL does not work. So I emailed them again and now their email account doesnt work. SO they must of blocked my email account. POS company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I saw the same glasses for less than 3 dollars, anyways i ordered on october 2016 and now its feb 2017 shipment hasn't arrived yet and they don't reply to my emails, what should i do?
Don't whatever you do use this company they are con merchants takew your money but 'send the merchandise ordered and paid for... refuse refunds as well and ignore communications
We ordered a pair of glasses late September... the website says will receive shipment information within 2-3 days... It's more than two weeks since ordering and have not heard anything. Of course the credit card was charged immediately for the purchase. The website doesn't have any sort of order history mechanism, and the only way to contact the company is via an email address. I did call the number listed with the credit card charge, but it was some sort of "google voice mail". We've sent two emails inquiring about the status of the order and left a voicemail. No response. Lesson learned. Will look at all the customer support information on a website prior to ordering from unfamiliar companies in the future. If it was possible to give a "0" star I would, but "1" star will have to do.
You'd figure when you order a bathing suit in May, that you'd get it before the summer is over. They send a "we shipped your item" mail six days ago with a tracking button that doesnn't work
If Lushlity is a scam, then I must be imagining the sunglasses I have on my face right now and the ones sitting in the center console of my Jetta. I love my sunglasses. Yeah shipping isn't overnight but it's worth the wait. Emailed support during the week about my order status and the second pair I ordered, the tracking page sent me right to USPS.com and I had no issues checking on my order. Not sure what went wrong with these other people but I love my sunglasses and felt bad these people were bashing Lushlity on here so I'm posting to share both positive experiences I had with them.
I ordered one pair of sunglasses for £20 after being given a tracking number that doesn't work I contacted them and they gave me a new one, after 10 days the tracking number says they have been delivered to California but I live in the UK. I contacted them again and was told to contact my mail service, I have and they have no record of the order. Sent multiple emails regarding this and requesting a refund but have got no answer. Don't use this website it's a scam!
The website is set up nicely and there is a strong social media presence for this website BUT it is not worth it. In the website's FAQ, it says order processing time is 3-5 days and then the order will ship, and that most people receive their orders within a week of ordering. I figured I would be safe to order sunglasses two weeks before leaving for my vacation. However, After waiting 7 days of processing I emailed the company and they said my order would ship by the end of the week and take 7-10 business days to arrive. I changed my order to ship to where I would be vacationing, and it has now shipped a week ago and the packages are still in CHINA. After hearing from other people, their packages took three weeks to arrive. Don't order from here. You can get sunglasses elsewhere.
