I order from Lucky Vitamin about twice a year. Best place to stockup on my vits and other personal items. Their wish list and regimen list features on the website are super helpful for reordering, as is the reorder function. Lucky Vitamin offers lots of unique products that can be hard to find elsewhere. The prices are fair. Shipping times seem a little long compared to other retailers, but I found exactly what I was looking for, Iron Free Source of Live Multivitamins, which were a little cheaper than other retailers, who only had the iron-containing variety in stock. Did a price comparison between this company and Amazon, for vitamins and supplements. Overall, quite a bit cheaper here... free shipping on orders over $25... and for a very small fee (. 35) on each order they'll do a carbon offset. Seems like a win-win, all the way around!

The order was promptly sent and arrived in fine shape. I ordered Lily's Dark chocolate Carmels which are heat sensitive. I so appreciated the Priority mail option so they would arrive not melted.

This website is too overloaded with prompts. When using firefox it is impossible to load and checkout! I had to mover over to chrome in order for the order to finalize. Every turn while choosing was full of popup prompts to subscribe - if I want to I will. Stop forever prompting distractions! I just want to order what I am looking for.
It gives opportunity to ask questions, see detail on products, and good competitive pricing. Deliveries of packaging have always been delivered on time or before expected. Customer service has given me great feedback when I need answers, when I ask about different products and don't see it in the literature they supply on the product.
