Lucky Vitamin

I tried placing another order and again I had trouble. My order was there and when I went to place it the order was gone. I was so frustrated I gave up and planned on calling the next day. But on The next day I get a message saying my order was being processed! I also wanted to use a coupon which I was told by a rep., I couldn't use coupons due to auto ship. I placed a new order and used my coupons!

It takes me over an hour to place an order that should take 15 minutes. You cannot change quantities in the cart. I had to delete product and go find it and add it again.
This is just ridiculous. Cart takes 3 minutes to update if you can change quantity. I dread ordering from Lucky Vitamin. Takes forever to get orders delivered. Other companies take 1-3 days. Something is always on backorder.

I have the hardest time navigating this website. Also, their packaging is always less than desirable. I want to organize the list but it only gives me one page of products then spits me back out to the main page. Trying to enter a different credit card is next to impossible too.
I wish there was a function to delete previously used cards. Makes me question the security. I've learned to order things that don't have liquid because when they arrive the liquid will be all over the other products. The company is good about replacing the liquid item but it doesn't account for the goop all over everything else.

Your website will not allow me to change my city or my province fields.
Also it will not allow me to add promo code, I'm sure I did not purchase any of the restricted products to get the volume discount.
Canada post was not an option at check out for shipping!.
I did click on chat but had no response back all thou it says they will get back to me shortly.

It took me almost 10 days to get my order. I was not satisfied with that.The product was fine, and I was glad to finally receive it. I would hesitate to use again because of the long shipping.

I didn't receive my full order. Customer Service was helpful and has sent out what we never received without hassle Only thing they stated they would overnight it. And it still hasn't arrived taking over a week to get to me. That is why I gave 3 stars

Lucky Vitamin has a good selection and offers plenty of sales, but they are often back-ordered, and their shipping takes quite awhile. Overall a pretty reliable back-up

Lucky is awesome but I kept loosing the site and having to start over multiple times. Love the products

I am ordering items to be shipped in US and wished to use Paypal as the payment method. As I checked out with Paypal, it looks like I need to use my Paypal shipping address, but my paypal is not a US account which means I cannot add a US address. Would be better if the customers can use a separate shipping address from Paypal. In the end, I had to use my credit card which is very annoying.

Glad they have several varieties, yet not TOO many to choose from! Love the Comparison feature, which I was able to compare the ingredients side-by-side though.

Completed site to use, older version was more user friendly. Searcher narrow if you don't have a very pin point search description. New pricing much higher, and pentilizes you if you don't do a drop shipment monthly type of thing. Was a time you could do a resale business off this site but no more. Now your better off doing a franchise of your own.

Past orders have included unsealed, or too-loosely-sealed bottles. Problem is inconsistent--sometimes OK, sometimes not. You keep giving me credits because of this, which is nice but silly--JUST TIGHTLY SEAL ALL BOTTLES!

Have had issues in the past. Giving them another chance, because of the prices. Hopefully this orders arrives, and soon.

I like to shop for the variety but find it hard to keep patient with the slow loading of the pages full of side info and references.

Shipping to SG is expensive compared to iherb. However stock in hand is better iherb is always oos). If this can be improved (find better logistic partner) you will get a lot of orders from Singapore.

I am very disappointed to see so many great, environmentally friendly cleaners and soaps being replaced by the Mrs. Meyers line. I used to really enjoy a broader selection of cleaners that scored much higher on the EWG scale. I had a hard time finding the EO soaps I love as well. And even when I clicked the brands I wanted to see in the search results (which did not include Mrs. Meyers), I still somehow got an abundance of that brand in the list. Bummer! Beyond this I had 3 savings codes in recent emails, and couldn't get any of them to work. I think I'll be looking for a new place to buy my cleaning product.

You offer a 10% discount to new customers who provide you with an email address, but then exclude way to many products to the point I received a 3% discount, sad way to do business.

This site has products that I want that other similar sites don't. Lucky Vitamin USED to ship really fast, but it seems in the last year they have slowed down their shipping quite a bit, which lost it a star from me. Their search function also seems a little clunky--

I get these products from Amazon the next day. You have to do better! I do not want to write a hundred characters to make this work. Now you have two strikes against you.

What a slim selection. Where is the Peaceful Prairie Lavender-Chamomile-YlangYlang olive oil lotion? Please bring it back. And when will the face crèmes be available? You used to have two kinds. Love that stuff. So disappointed.

I've been a customer for at least 10 years and have had a good customer experience the entire time. My only complaint is that the company makes no effort to reduce the massive amount of waste produced by product delivery. I've requested the following many times:

- Provide the customer with an option of receiving everything in a single shipment when some items are back ordered. This would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs. Jet.com offers this option AND passes the shipping savings onto their customers!

- Provide the customer with an option of not using cold packs. As an adult I think I'm capable of making the decision to have items shipped without the use of cold packs, at my own risk. Again, this would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs by drastically reducing the weight of the shipment.

- I've also asked that shipments be sent with no promotional materials. Again, my requests have been ignored.

If it weren't for these items I would give LuckyVitamin a five star rating.

The prices are great (although not always the lowest). I had issues with the website because it sometimes says the cart is empty when it is not, so re-adding them I ended up with duplicates. Also, when I tried to modify quantities in the cart, it updated the wrong products. It took a while. My items weren't shoprunner eligible, but the website works with ebates!
