I would recommend never buying from this website. They are very shady and I've been waiting for over a year for one shirt. Every time I want an update or ask for a refund, its the same excuse. We don't do refunds and no you can't exchange it for a shirt we have in stock. Its very frustrating and they shouldn't be allowed to operate this way.

I have been waiting almost a year now for my order. When I contacted them I received a 8 paragraph email mostly all rubbish about having to change distribution.

They still have pre-orders week after week but can't fulfill MONTHS of back orders.

This is a terrible business. Ordered two items almost two years ago now and received no concrete answer beyond "pre-orders take time to manufacture" and "we expect delays." Their compensation was sending one part of the order early and nothing else. No solutions from customer care offered. Emailing them for months to no avail. Thank god I used paypal to pay for this, at least they had the decency of investigating it because the company did not respond to me until the six month leniency was up. This company must be scamming many people by waiting until it's too late to request a refund. Thanks for your help paypal.

I've been waiting over 4 months for 5 stickers I ordered. I've emailed them like 6 times and it's basically the same response every time. "All our wear house people quit, we don't know when it's going to ship" is basically all they say. Super annoying. I called them out on making new stuff when they can't keep up with orders and they emailed back instantly saying they have to keep up with other competitors. I don't know how they're even still in business. I'm never buying from them again and never recommending them. Probably going to just have to take a loss on my $50 order.

I placed an order back in May 2022, got the run around all this time, and JUST received my order today (2/7/23). They didn't even offer anything to compensate, like free shipping on the next order or even 10% off. Worst part? They only sent me HALF of my freaking order. So I wasted money and waited almost an entire year. Supposedly they had manufacturer issues sometime in 2021-2022, so they were put back for a while. But my question is. Why would you keep releasing new designs weekly if the manufacturer had to play catch up? My bf has been following them for a while and he said that the prolonged wait has been a constant thing with them and that they always blame the manufacturer. At some point it just sounds like an excuse, no? The designs are enticing but I seriously don't recommend buying from them.

I ordered a sweater from the Mm over a year ago for my son who has grown a lot since then. They have given me the run around for months with a sob story about employee drama and they are working as hard as they can to fill ordered. Meanwhile they are still offering preorders for new merch. This last correspondence I had with them demanding my money back seeing that if it ever did come it would no longer fit. So they made a shipping label so it would send the email saying it had shipped. It has not. All they did was create a label. Do not waste your money. These ppl are thieves.
