They don't give your money back after I sent the clothes back because they where made cheap and nobody act as if they can't help or don't understand when I got a tracking number saying it was delivered.
I spent over $100 on my order, they said delivered but I never received my order. I've been emailing them for over 16 days now and Noone to help me. No phone number for this company, cannot get a supervisor and cannot get my order or my refund. This is so frustrating!

Ordered my item on 2/23/2018 and its 4/9/2018 and still haven't received my order or even a estimated time it will arrive. I did email the company requesting information on when it would arrive and they responded telling me that my order is on the way but that was 3/13/2018 and its almost a whole month later and i still haven't gotten anything. I'm honestly not sure what to do, i'm thinking of returning it and possibly reporting this site as fraud.

Ive been shopping with Lovelywholesales for awhile now and there clothing are really great.The material is great.They have outfits for alk occasions.And they do look good on u. Also the prices are super great.I advise everyone to check them out u won't be disappointed.
Customer service is great replying quickly in a timely fashion with good information regarding my orders. Clothes are cheap, shipping is kind of high though. But I love my clothes, everything always fits. All of my orders arrive on time, and I love the point system that I can use to make purchases on future orders.

I'm rating my experience with this company a 1 because 0 isn't available. I ordered 15 items and not 1 item fit. The material is very cheap, the seams are uneven and just poor quality overall. I understand you get what u pay for but with the shipping it was almost an additional $100. So there really wasn't as discounted as I thought. No use in returning the clothes since they only offer exchanges. I'll donate them to a sewing class so they can learn what not to do!
So i placed my order for lovely wholesale two months before my trip because i had read many reviews saying that they had to wait a month before receiving their orders and in less than two full weeks my order arrived. Everything was There and the quality was ok but everything fit perfectly. I am sold.

This company is up and down. I've ordered from them a few times. I've always gotten my orders, once delayed a little, once an item was ridiculously too small. I've received items that were too big. This time around I've gotten no response and my item has not shipped in almost a month. They have terrible to no customer service so if you have a problem there's nothing you can do. You're just taking a chance. The clothes range from stylish to cheap looking. What you gain from buying an inexpensive item of clothing, you lose by not receiving what you paid for by either it not fitting or perhaps not coming at all. Maybe it's the pandemic that's causing problems but they certainly aren't making that clear.

Not only is the material cheap (see through), it is not as pictured. Doesn't not cover my chest 36dd got an XL and runs small. Super difficult just to get straight answers when trying to return an item. They said we will give you 50% of your money back because it will cost too much to send the item back WITHOUT telling me the cost of sending back. They said oh we can't provide that information have a good day... tf?! Never using this site again. Dont even waste your time with lovelywhole you can tell by the pictures its fake.
I ordered 5 items from this company on 7/7/20... Here we are close to the month August, and I still haven't received my order. I ordered summer apparel perfect for the current weather but it looks like I will probably not get to wear them this season. Totally bummed! I've placed several tickets with customer service trying to understand what might have happened with my order. They gave me tracking info, and according to the last update my package was in Florida... that was 6 days ago! I LIVE IN FLORIDA! I'm so disappointed you guys!

I ordered clothing from the company and the maxi dresses were to tight and to long. Company would not refund the full price paid to them nor would they pay for shipping to return items. Their customer service is the worst and the quality of their clothing is horrible. My experience has been less than acceptable. I will never order from them again. Take my advice and do not order from this company.
I am a business owner and one of my customer referred me to this site. I spent over $400 making purchases for my boutique. I made my order last Friday with expedited shipping using 2-5 day shipping. My items are still saying unshipped. I emailed customer service twice and still haven't gotten a respond. All my other vendors have been of on a national holiday arrive back on Wednesday and have shipped out my items with valid tracking. I'm very skeptical about who gets my money and by seeing all these bad reviews and being treated just like everyone on this site clearly shows I will NOT be ordering from them AGAIN!
I read all of these negative reviews after I placed my order with lovely wholesale. Needless to say I was quite nervous that I had made a mistake. I guess it's better to have low expectations because I was actually quite surprised when my items arrived within 2 working weeks ( not in the U.S., on an island in the middle of the ocean) and fit. I ordered three swim suits and a dress which were size medium. You have to understand that you get what you pay for bottom line. I paid like $10 for each item. I wasn't expecting Victoria's Secret. I'm so happy with what I purchased that more is on the way.

I spent $144.17 on clothing from this site. When I came to the shipping part, the shipping and handling charge was $93.24. My daughter really wanted the clothes so I paid. Two days later I find other sites with the same clothes but with free shipping. This sites shipping cost is ridiculous. I will not be buying anything else from them. Also the material is so thin it looks and feels like paper.

I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
