This was my first and last time ordering from this site. I ordered 4 items. One never came, one didnt match & the other was messed up in the waist. I emailed them several times and sent pics of the items i did receive. Jerry ignored the issue and kept sending tracking info. Then he closed my ticket and didnt respond. I created another ticket and he then told me outfits were normal and to keep them. Horrible experience and will be disputing with my credit card company. I dont recommend them to anyone.

I order 4 outfits from this company I paid for 2 to 6 days shipping it took longer than expected and when my items arrived it wasn't what they say it'll be so I did a ticket and requested a refund and the have yet to write me back, I'll be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges made on my credit card and I don't advise anyone to shop with this company due to the lack of communications, quality of clothes, longer than expecting shipping time PLZ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPAN

Hey guys, I ordered $200 worth of items on Jan 5,2018, and I still haven't received any of my items. I've never dealt with this before. Yes, I agree, the items are cheap, but it is so inconvenient to have to wait for months before you can even received your merchandise. I have been emailing these people, no response. I asked today will I have my things before March, and some rep wrote back and said "they don't know". I will definitely not be shopping here anymore!

I BOUGHT 2 JUMPSUITS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I ASKED FOR REFUND BUT EXCEPT OF THAT THEY GAVE BE ''BALANCE'' TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE CAUSE THE JUMPSUITS I BOUGHT WERE OUT OF STOCK. I CHOSE 2 DIFFERENT JUMPSUITS, I PAID PLUS 8 DOLLARS SO IT COST ME 38 DOLLARS AND AFTER THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AGAIN. I SENT THEM MESSAGE TO ASK FOR REFUND AND NOT ''BALANCE'' AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME AN IDIOT MESSAGE LIKE: '' Hello,

i usually dont have any issues with lovelywholesale i ordered three other times prior to ths time. but this time i spent $456 on clothing, stupid right, i know! they gave me the wrong tracking number then i requested the right one they gave it to me but it was showing up with someone elses information, a difffrent consigee name ,I then explained to them that i will file a law suit because now im skeptical, i cant evan believe my package has been shipped off from their country. like is this some type of half $#*! website. so now im pissed, i told them im willing to file a lawsuit and they provided me with what looks like the right information, but i cant be sure yet so only time will tell. i dont like the fact that they gave me the run around at first, and im still not sure if the third tracking number they provided me i legit. im just going to wait this one out and i will let you guys know if i received my things.

This company is known to be FRAUDULENT even by the USPS. I placed an order mid November 2017. If it is an order it is still in China. The company sends orders Regular 1st class, which is non traceable and non traceable by the USPS. Their CS is beyond the WORST POSSIBLE. The telephone listed for them is not a working number and if emailed it may take days and days for them to respond. Their email response NEVER addresses your specific question and is extremely brief. HORRIBLE COMPANY/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have created fake people who has given them good reviews/ratings. NEVER NEVER place an order with this Hong Kong China Fraudulent so-called company because they are raking in US money from innocent victims, with little or no recourse.

I asked the question on yesterday how can the products look exactly or close to the pics they are showing when I know for a fact that some of those same pics are on other sites. I know that Mimi G is not sewing all those cloths they have her pics on. That makes me second guess this company all together. I saw on YouTube how the girl tried on everything and said how cheap the material is. How sad. This is not right to rip off people like this. I have tried and tried to get feed back, someone told me to just order and see what type of customer service is that? Why would I want to lose my money?

I PAYED EXPEDITED AND THEY SHIPPED FLAT RATE AND GAVE ME A LINK FOR A WRONG TRACKING NUMBER. THEY WOULDN'T PAY ME BACK THE DIFFERENCE, ORDERS TAKES FOREVER AND NEVER GETS TO YOU. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY REPLY YOU IF AND WHEN THEY LIKE OR BARELY REPLY THEIR CUSTOMERS EMAILS, THEY SAY THEY REPLY IN 24HRS? LIES! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, THEY ARE SOME WHERE IN CHINA, KOREA OR VIETNAM AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. BETTER BE SAFE THAN SORRY, THEY PAY SOME PEOPLE IN EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS TO GIVE THEM GOOD REVIEWS, DONT FALL VICTIM TO LOVELY WHOLESALE. COM, DONT BE FOOLED ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT, I TELL YOU. THIS IS A WORD TO THE WISE.

The website is easy to navigate, customer service was very helptul in answering my questions. Got my order quickly, and best of all their prices are cheaper than most other websites.
