I ordered from this company over a month a go and I still have not received my merchandise. They sent me a tracking number that shows a label was created on 4.24 and the shipment has not moved yet. I emailed them and open several tickets and they keep saying wait 7 to 10 business days. I believe this company is a fraud!
Beware before ordering from this company and they are not based out of LA like the tracking number indicates!

Today is May 24,2020. I placed 3 orders totaling $366. The first order was "shipped" out on May 5, another May 10,2020. Still have not received ANY ORDERS YET. They keep giving me the run around about shipping. Keep giving me wrong and invalid tracking numbers. I asked for a full refund today. Ill go to the mall now they're back open. Do NOT WASTE UR MONEY. Wow! I'm so aggravated with this cheap unprofessional $#*! house of a company. I ordered a few things from this company on 5/5/20 it's now 5/24/20 and still no packages. If someone from lovelywholesale comments on my review about submitting a ticket I will lose it. Reason being is I have attempted I couldn't tell you how many times to submit a ticket and it literally says the same thing over and over. "Congestion try again." How is there always congestion? Seems like a scam. Wish I would have read the reviews about this crappy business before I purchased anything. I honestly wish I would've just read their homepage a little better. They clearly have someone that can't spell for $#*! managing their page. Well if you can help yourself don't even click on these peoples website! I promise it ain't worth it.

Wish I could have given this review no stars. Myself and my best friends ordered over $300 worth of stuff from the site. We have not heard anything. We placed our order on April 13th and it is now May 23rd. I've written emails I've submitted tickets and all they keep saying is my order has been shipped and to check your tracking numbers but the tracking numbers are not working I even contact FedEx. FedEx said they haven't received any packages from this company for my name. They said they get that a lot. Companies submit the order through Fedex but they never call for the pick up. I really don't know what's going on but I what I is I want my $300 back. This company needs to resolve the issue really soon. I've added pictures of the tracking notifications as well as the various emails but they keep saying the same thing.

The first few times I ordered from this company went great. I received my items in a timely matter, and I liked the clothes. However, this time has been horrible. I received an email on April 30,2020, that my order shipped. I received a tracking number, however, my order still has not shipped, as you can see from my attached tracking document. When I put in the tracking number at FedEx, I get this message 'shipment label created awaiting package'. I have emailed and submitted tickets several times, and I receive the same response. Customer Service responds with either the tracking number, which I already have, or tell me my package has been shipped. Submitting a ticket or emailing is a waste of time, and you will get nowhere. At this point, if I do not receive my package by May 28,2020, will have file fraud charges with my bank. I will not let this company steal my money! It is definitely a money scam. Unless you have money to give away, I am warning you, do not order from LovelyWholesale. As you can see from their responses on this site, there is no concern regarding those with a bad experience. Don't waste your time.
UPDATE: I reached out to LovelyWholesale and they sent me another bogus tracking number. I finally had to involve my finalncial institution to investigate, and get my money back.

This company is up and down. I've ordered from them a few times. I've always gotten my orders, once delayed a little, once an item was ridiculously too small. I've received items that were too big. This time around I've gotten no response and my item has not shipped in almost a month. They have terrible to no customer service so if you have a problem there's nothing you can do. You're just taking a chance. The clothes range from stylish to cheap looking. What you gain from buying an inexpensive item of clothing, you lose by not receiving what you paid for by either it not fitting or perhaps not coming at all. Maybe it's the pandemic that's causing problems but they certainly aren't making that clear.

Its as if they do a raffle to see what customers are going to actually receive the items! I ordered April 16 order never processed I emailed back and forth with a "representative " named CICI she then lied and told me it was shipped, Conveniently enough I then received another email with a tracking # when I clicked it the number took me to USPS Although I was being instructed to use FEDEX. As I tracked it for a few weeks it eventually said it delivered today but OFCOURSE nothing was there. I called FEDEX come to find out that tracking number was not attached to my name or address. I logged into my lovelywholesale account and found another tracking number, when I clicked that it said PENDING and that it was awaiting shipment. My bank issued my money back THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
