I order from lovely wholse sales twice the first time was flat rate shipping. This was on may 1st I still have not recieved anything. Not one piece of clothing. And I spent 130 dollars on that package. My other package is suppose to get here by friday but I'm receiving items one piece at a time. Just save ur money and time. The only people that dont have a problem is the people on youtube who model their clothing. Horrible experience
It's been 30 days and I don't have a shipping time or date. The site is bogus don't buy anything from these sham artists. They won't reply to anything you have to say.

Do not order from this website. It is currently under investigations with the federal but I didn't know until after I placed my order on May 6 and have yet to receive anything or email or anything at all explaining the delay or if I was ever going to receive my order so I filed a dispute just now with my bank after numerous of times trying to get through someone about my order. Not cool. This website should be taken down for taking customers money and not delivering the goods.

So about a month-and-a-half ago going on two months now I ordered $100 worth of clothing and have only received two out of my 12 items I ordered. The thing is the quality of the clothes is what is expected because of the price which I understand. However no company should ever take this long to ship out an order. I don't care if there is a coronavirus going on or not. They should be upfront with their shipping times and then every time you try to submit a work order for a customer service question it always States the site is down or busy. It is ridiculous and I don't know how a company gets away with this. You take our money immediately when the order is placed and then whenever you decide you will ship out the clothing. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

I place an order for the first time with this people back in April 4th. June will be here tomorrow and I still haven't received my order... But they were fast to get my obey the same day I placed the order. I purchased on April 15th and it's almost June... they sent me a message stating that my package had been shipped and tracking info was included. Well nothing comes up when I try to track. I've ordered from lovelywholesale 3 times and never had a issue until this last order! The first two time I received my clothes within two weeks and spent under 100$ but this last time when I spent over 100$ I realized the items took a exact month to arrive and of course the two outfits I really wanted out of 8 was missing I emailed the support and order email so hopefully I can get a resolution. I really want the two items that are missing at a free fast shipping rate because it was not my fault, I should of received a email stating that the two outfits were out of shock or forgotten. Best advice order less than 5 items under 100$ Because it doesn't seem to be so much of a issue to get on time! Take it from someone who has learned from experience. This seller is consistently dishonest about the shipping time frame. Shipping is supposedly within 24 hours but it will take nearly two months for you to receive your trashy, cheap and useless products, which you will be forced to file a claim to receive in the first place. Don't waste your time, you will be extremely disappointed.
It took me two months to receive products that were cheap looking, useless and didn't resemble the advertisement. I had to file a dispute to receive useless and cheap looking products. I was extremely dissatisfied and learned my lesson. If one star wasn't required to complete this review then I would retrieve it.

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
