Good site, found it a bit difficult to navigate at times

Very poor quality goods. Cheap materials and even the moonstone pendant was not a moonstone. I am only keeping one item and will be returning the order. Even the return process is not easy. My order came in 2 lots and the First pack did not have a slip detailing how to return the goods but the second pack that came a week later did. I went online and was unable to find my way around the site to get a return code.

The clothes looked very appealing and at a good price, on the website. I was very disappointed with the quality of the products I received. They were badly finished, inferior materials and 1 dress came completely wrinkled, as if it had been crumpled up very tightly. I took photos of same to show the problems, if your quality control would like to see them.

Ordering was easy, but the 4 tops were delivered in 3 parcels. I placed the order on 4th May, but the final 2 arrived on 10th June.

The first top did not look as good as in the picture. I liked the second, but it had a small hole in it. The remaining 2 are OK, but not as nice as I had hoped from the pictures.

Straight forward but disappointed that i had to go to pay before finding out about shipping charges.

Love the colours, but quality could be better.
Delivery was very slow and communication was poor. The tracking system does not work.

Neither items were true to size the tee shirt was only for a joke so I made do. The dress I couldn't even get on. When it came to returns I was told it would cost a lot to return it and it would take a long time to get a refund. I was offered 15% of the value and keep the dress, which I decided to take, the dress will go to a charity shop. I wait to see whether I get any refund!

Ok but not as vivid colours as shown on website, plus sizes are on the small side.
3 items bought, all shipped separately, took a few weeks to arrive

A bit confusing working out free shipping and discount if I got the discount I was still charged for delivery worked out better value for free postage rather than writing wish in for discount

Easy to see and find what i wanted, lots of great items great choice.

Expensive shipping costs, too long a delivery, did not realise it came on a slow boat from Chine

I like the website, it's user-friendly. The clothes are well-photographed and ordering instructions are clear.

Offered first order free delivery but no code or coupon number to apply so had to pay£ 5.94 in fee.

I felt the quality of the garments were not as good as I had thought from the adverts

Cannot get free shipping for first order and wish discount. I know you may think it's greedy, but it is how my expectations were managed.

Very difficult to understand payment method plus coupon doesn't show up and free shipping for first order is non existent. Clothing looks lovely though and I look forward to receiving my order.

Now, having received the trousers I ordered, it was very noticeable that the fabric is not the same as in the photo. A foul dirty yellowish cream colour instead of white. It is of such poor quality that my grandmother in her day would not even have used it as muslin to strain foods. Feeling thoroughly ripped off and deliberately misled I have vowed never to buy clothing online again from Lotimena or anyone else.

The delivery time at 30 days was far too long The tracking number didn't work.
