Customer service is worthless

The only thing worst than their customer service is their equipment. There are a lot better options for security systems. Save your $$$ and look elsewhere. I just purchased two additional dome cameras for my system. The NVR will not recognize them even though they are listed as compatible. Customer service was again worthless. By the way, their software in another POS!
