Never received item

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter on dec 9 th. Never received it. It keeps saying it was shipped on December 10th but it never made it here. My daughter was VERY disappointed not to have her gift on Christmas! I will not recommend or order from this company again!

Terrible company

Ordered product, paid extra for shipping. Product never received. They bold face lie and say product is shipped when its not (the label was only generated AFTER I disputed charge. Still hasn't been shipped. USPS does not have product. They bold faced lie so I couldn't get a refund? Pathetic disgusting excuse for a business. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

Not what I ordered

I ordered a name bracelet for my daughter-in-law in Arabic. The image they showed of how the bracelet would look was in Arabic. However, the bracelet that arrived is in English. While the bracelet is beautiful and my daughter-in-law loves it, the excitement I had in giving it her is totally diminished as it wasn't what I wanted for her. I gave them a 1-star rating in the follow up email they sent me. They replied contact us. I am trying to find a phone number for customer service and can't even find one in a Google search. I prefer to speak to someone rather than send an email which I will do anyway. I'm so disappointed with them that I will never order from them again and recommend that anyone thinking about it don't.

Unprofessional

Ordered a bracelet for my mother that had 4 birthstones and 5 names engraved... when I received the bracelet a month later flcome to find out they only put 4 names and asked why they said they made a mistake on the website and couldn't put the names which was haylee Mason grandma francisco and leonardo... when asked why didn't you reach out to me on what four names I would of wanted they went ahead took it upon themselves to only put haylee Mason grandma and francisco which I would of preferred to take grandma off and now my sons name is not on their or could of gave me a option to change bracelets that would accommodate all five names... and when responded no one did. Do not shop here very unprofessional with their answers

Upset!

I placed an order back on March 2,2023 & tried to use my tracking number that I have & was unable to get any information. It said that "it doesn't exist". They took my money & I don't have the merchandise. I spent over what was required for free shipping. I sent an e-mail to them asking where is my merchandise & still no response. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau against them if I don't get the merchandise by a certain time. Plus I will get in touch with the U.S. Attorney General for legal advice!

Missing partial order

I placed an order for two ornaments. They both shipped under one tracking number but only received one ornament. Contacted customer service and still waiting for a response. The one ornament I got looks good but I want my other one as it had different names on it. I am missing the stockings one.

Personalized Guardian Angel Wings Ring Memorial Gift

I have sent multiple emails since 12/29/2022 and I've yet to get a response. Amazing that this company has no issues sending daily emails from marketing. I'm not even sure if anyone is even getting my emails?
I ordered 2 Angel rings. I paid around $70 for both rings; major rip off! I had "our angel's" name engraved in the inside of the ring. They engraved "Nick" on the thinnest part of the ring, how intelligent! I want to return these rings and I want my money refunded. Of course it said you have a certain amount of days to return, are they not responding on purpose so that the day to return is too late? The rings are defective as far as I am concerned.
I am Very disappointed since these rings were for family members who are overwhelmingly mourning the loss an 18 year old amazing young man. He was star quarterback and leader of his football team. This Very tragic accident occurred in October 2022 and has been in the National News.
I even looked into different jewelry that I could send to these grieving parents. I would be embarrassed to send these rings to them.
SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR NOT RESPONDING
I agree what other reviews have said-- I too wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. My next step is trying (and I say trying) to contact their corporate office- if this company is even legit?

Don't deserve 1/4 of one star

I placed an order for a personalized necklace on December 18th, 2022. I received an email stating that my order was shipped and they gave me a tracking number for USPS. When I put in the tracking number on the USPS, only the label has been created to ship the package. Has been saying the same thing since December 19th. I have emailed them, sent them messages on their Facebook page and tried to call the number listed as their business number that does not work. What kind of business is this company running? A very piss poor one. The owner and/or the people in charge should be ashamed of themselves! Very angry and disgruntled customer. Will never order from them ever again!

Horrible!

Paid For Express Shipping To Receive Way Later Than It Was Suppost To Take And Then When I Finally Got It, It Was The Wrong Order And Apart Of It Was Missing! Never Will I Order From This Place Again! And Trying To Contact Them To Fix Things Has Been A Mess And So Far No Luck!

I ordered a photo book keychain. Now... it took over 3 weeks to prepare, ship and receive. The shipping tracker does not update so you have no idea actually where it is and when it is being delivered... but I did receive it and I loved them. I saw many bad reviews and people saying it is a scam. It actually isn't a scam, but if you are ordering, I suggest you give a good 4 weeks to ensure delivery for when you need it. I did end up emailing to find out where my order was. They did respond 3 days later stating it shipped and I should receive in 6-9 days, which I did. So... here is the skinny... They aren't a scam, processing and shipping are just slow but I was happy with my product.

POOR SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

On 12/4/22 I ordered 3 necklaces for Christmas present. I have contacted them 4 times through their email *******@lorajewel.com which is the correct email asking when I will receive my order they have not answered any of my emails. I've also asked for them to send me the tracking numbers. So far no email & no tracking numbers. They are very unprofessional & need to get out of business. I hope that I will get my order before Christmas.

Cheaply made

Ordered a gift for a wedding, my fault that I didn't notice the dimension of where the 3" card would fit into the "so-called-wedding-card-slot" however the cheapness of this product for $40.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Now I will have to purchase another gift for this couple because they can *NOT* use this at their nice wedding. SO CHEAPLY MADE and how do you put a wedding card into this wedding box when the slot is 3"? I should have 'reviewed the reviews'. Lesson learned.

I placed my 1st order from them over 2 weeks ago for a father's day bracelet and box. The shipping label was created the very next day. 2 weeks later and usps has still yet to receive the item! I have contacted customer service multiple times and all I keep getting is the same email "it is in transit, could you please give it a few days?". I did just that and waited 5 days, still the same response out of the tracking number. Contacted them again and now they are saying "it is in transit, please allow 2 days because of the epidemic". No the epidemic has nothing to do with it. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund me my money. I will not be back!

Do not buy from this company! We ordered the wedding card box and the craftsmanship was extremely poor. Already coming apart at the corner when it arrived and the last name was so poorly done that it looked like another name altogether. The slit at the top is also too small to put any cards. And the customer service is laughable. They issued no refund at all. We are throwing it in the trash and we have already found a wonderful replacement. Do not buy from this company!
