I was duped by look fantastic. I bought a product cle de peau beaute, blush duo powder. In the picture it was represented as a whole product and instead for the price of 40 pounds they sent me a refill also in a different colour from the description. Very bad customer service, staff not up to understanding the problem. I wanted to return it at their expense and ask for a refund and they always said sure, we will send you the coupon to send it for free only to find out at the post office that I had to pay for it. A bunch of incompetent, un-serious people unable to do their job. I will never buy anything from this site again. Bad experience! Very bad products! Absolutely to avoid!
I ordered 2 bottles of the same perfume for Christmas presents due to the price. One was packaged and the other arrive unboxed. I therefore could not give these as a gift.
As as it is a perfume I use, I thought I would just keep one for myself. Bad move! The perfume lasted hardly any time on my skin and I normally get complimented on this perfume all the time. The smell was gone in no time.
Do not waste your money buying from this company, go to a reputable seller instead.
I ordered s product from the website at the beginning or January. It still has not arrived. The company sent no emails or correspondence to advise me the order had not shipped or was delayed. I contacted them 3 times and I usually get a reply within 48 hours with an email saying the order will be sent out shortly and sorry for the delay, and nothing. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and still no sign of it!
Bought two products and it was advertised as will be getting free gift. As soon as order confirmation came through they advised its not available anymore and dispatched two products. When contacted team they are saying they can remove gift offer any time even though I received confirmation as its subject to availability
I purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever!
Received my order and one of the items appears to be empty. Called customer service and spoke to Abi who was totally professional. She apologised, advised me of what she was going to do to resolve the issue and has given me a time scale of when this will happen by. Shame my item is faulty but that isn't customer care's doing. In hoping that my complaint gets resolved speedily.
They are fine until you have a problem. Their customer service contact is terrible. They simply don't reply. Their chat facility is rarely working, but when they do respond on it and. You make the complaint they don't respond. You can't email, you must submit a form each time you make contact. I had purchased a faulty product, it took them 3 months to acknowledge receipt of returned goods, after almost 20 attempts at contacting them and after having to prove postage. They eventually offered refund, as the card I used to purchase product was out of date they refused refund and offered credit. I was so tired of fighting them I agreed to this. I spent my credit, and I am waiting 3 weeks for delivery! Received an email yesterday telling me that they had to cancel part of my order, no idea why, and no sign of credit. I'm dreading having to chase them for the cash, again.
Save yourself a lot of time and energy and AVOID this appalling company.
Ordered 3 things off the website as a Christmas gift. Two weeks later, an email saying my items (!) have been despatched, two days later I get told two of my items have been cancelled. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time using them. One star only because I can't give no stars.
I am a customer since 2016, and have to admit, the company's service is only getting worser over the years. Have a missing product in my order reported on 08.12.2021, have been promised a replacement - so, today is 06.01.2021 - no any mention of it, neither any information from the company.

I am finding it hard to describe this without swearing but I wouldn't recommend this scum website to my worst enemy. Don't fall for the same day dispatch because they'll take 11 days and counting to do it. After 11 days of going back an forth with multiple sales representatives they finally tell me it's out of stock and will keep me updated. I have probably purchased about 6-8 products from this site in the past. All orders were delivered fine. However I placed an order near the end of February which has still not been received. I would possibly be understanding if they were able to give a reason for this, such as the item being out of stock. However, every time I query it with them they simply say they will check with their warehouse and get back to me. They never return back to me. I asked for a refund two weeks ago, which they agreed to get their IT department to do. Have I received the refund? NO. I will not think of buying from them again. Customer Service is frustrating to say the least. I will gladly pay more at a website that is more reputable.
I had placed an order for 180 days supply and I received only 90 days supply and they refused to send me the balance 90 days supply even though it's their fault their customer service was very poor they have promised to refund me the 50% back but won't compensate for the inconvenience and also extra I had to pay in customs as the customs was charged on higher amount. Terrible after sales and customer service.
Ordered a lipstick I've worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to "investigate". Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.
I want to ask if there are any folks who had successfully return their products and got refunded? I want to return them becoz I received a sus email claiming to be DHL soon after the product. The strange email ended with domain rakletmail.com. Despite my prompt and repeated attempts to cancel this order the parcel still got delivered to my door three days later. Now I have the choice of returning them but I would have to spend extra money and efforts in exchange for a refund promise that might not happen.
I have received many emails saying if you buy over £60.00 you are entitled to a lady's beauty bag with few goodies. I did not need the 4th item, but I though it would be worth it.
After placing the order, I have received the confirmation and it was not showing the bag.
I tried to call several times, but my calls were cut saying the operators were too busy. I have sent 2 emails which nobody replied.
After 2 days I have managed to speak to them, which did not help at all. They said that some items are excluded from this offer. I believe the customer should be alerted when the order is placed.

Please do not order from this site. I have used them for years without any problems, then I place an order for an expensive item (£100) and it goes missing. I ordered this item for my wedding and allowed 3 weeks for it to arrive.
They really are unhelpful. They don't read email messages correctly, that is when they eventually get round to ordering them. They make false promises. I'm having to call constantly to try and get my money back.
First they forgot to send me the free gift which I purposely bought more to qualify for. The shipping was express but was late anyway. On top of this, one of the products they sent had a faulty pump. Attempts to solve this led to an unsatisfactory resolution. Never ordering from them again.
