Was glad at first and satisfied but confused when a second person called to explain the booking … dates and time again and gave me a different price saying that the price had gone up and I had to pay a difference. I refused and said that a lady had already confirmed with me and the price was the same I had paid originaly. He said that was not true. That nobody had called me. He thouhgt I was liying and said ok mam your ticket will stay the same when you booked originaly. At that moment I lost trust in your booking site.

Offered me a certain deal then tried to charge me extra…after I already paid. The person helping me put me on hold and got approval from his supervisor to let me keep my original price quote.
