I booked my ticket and i got an email with my flight details, when I try to check in on line there was no ticket and u they are telling me that they didn't book that flight even with their email saying it's booked and now I can't visit my love ones, they saying the new ticket they can book me on cost over $2000

Initially, I was not unhappy with the price of my ticket through Look By Fare. However, when I was unable to print my boarding pass, I found out there was an additional fee, that was not included in the cost break down. I called their Customer Service number and the rep explained that there was a fee of $85.30, which was in very small print, on the right side if the total. The second thing that caught me off guard, was that I would be flying back from Charleston SC to Orlando FL, via Chicago and not Nashville, which was the route listed on my return itinerary. If the hidden fee didn't upset me, this surprise change in my return flight, caused me to see red! Overall, my first experience with Look By Fare has not been a very positive one.

I was worried & not happy about my flight at first, because I received a call that my flight price had changed but they made sure I got taken care of.

I booked a reservation on Friday night, immediately after confirmation someone called me asking extra 40$ for each ticket because price has changed. I did not believe and called myself when 2nd rep said the same thing but when I threaten to cancel, he talked to supervisor and guaranteed issuing ticket with no fare change.
Next day on Saturday the email comes that they could not issue the ticket and when I called back the next so-called supervisor said that their agent/provider could not secure the price and the are not willing to pay the difference.
Imagine after having confirmation and committing to buy with credit card on Friday, they change their mind on Saturday.
Off course I'm screwed because the price in all agent has gone up because of Challenger day change.
I was better off if the first rep would have NOT promising me that he and evening supervisor WILL issue the eTicket regardless of the fare hike.
Our price increased and they kept saying that our address was wrong with the bank to our card. Would not give us a better explanation.

It was a very easy transaction and a quick one, and I was very well explained
When I browsed flights pop-ups would come up offering a specific price for a flight and I assumed it was the flight I was looking for. Instead I had to call a customer service representative and we offered flights at a much higher price. For example, I wanted to fly from one city to another and could get a ticket for $315 with a total flight time of 11 hours. A pop-up came up offering me a flight for 310 and even though it was a very minor difference I thought why not save a couple bucks. However the flight they were offering me for just five dollars less had a 16 hour layover in one of the cities and a total flight timer for 22 hours plus. Why would I wanna do that? Once I went back to the site and purchased the flight that I wanted, I received a link to my ticket. When I clicked on the link it wanted me to sign in with my name and passcode. When I tried to create the account it would not take my name and there was no option for me to do anything. I called Customer Service on the number on the app and they didn't even seem to know what I was talking about and couldn't help me. The number was for the sales team, and they did not even offer to send me to someone for technical assistance with the site. Just in general very shoddy business practices.
The experience was alright but expensive for the ticket, I expected it to be around five hundred but it ended up being eight hundred. After talking and complaining they ended up giving me a discount so it ended up at the end to be seven hundred. Other then that everything went well.
I received confirmation in only a couple days and I'm satisfied with that.

My experience was good. At first the guy wanted to charge us an extra $75 for an upgrade. But we told him we weren't doing that & we would go with someone else. He talked to a dippers
Supervisor & we got main cabin seating for the same price as economy. Which economy is what we booked for in the first place online. It wasn't our fault that economy was all sold out, they should update their online sales more often
