I hired LogoPerfecto for branding work and paid in full, only to spend over a month chasing a basic, industry-standard copyright transfer agreement. When they finally "responded," they sent me a joke of a document — no real signatures, just typed names. This is not only unprofessional but appears to be a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid granting clients the rights they already paid for. Without a proper transfer, you're left in legal limbo, unable to fully use your own brand materials. I've since escalated this through my bank, but I want to warn other creators: if you care about legal ownership of your designs, steer clear of LogoPerfecto.

This Company doesn't deserve 1 star. I paid for a website that was supposed to have 5 pages. I ended up with 4 pages. The transfering links was getting error messages for over a week,I called,,sent emails,,sent text and nothing was getting done! I had to hire & pay another company to finish my website,Now im getting threatening calls & emails.Stay away from this company.

Company did very poor work with zero to no effort. The options they sent to me, were obviously computer generated and were awful. When I asked for my money back (which their website says is a guarantee) they told me no, and they would send more designs. Complete waste of time and money, avoid at all costs.

By far the worst experience ever, communication is horrible and they don't capture your vision. You have to walk them by the hand so you might as well do the logo yourself. 8 months of hell and still can't get the job right, I will be filing a refund request.

Started working with them a week and after that saw their work was very unprofessional and basic, so i cancelled the service. No response. So I went thru credit card to reverse charge. After it was reversed they told me to call the card company to reverse the dispute and they would finally refund me the money. They never reversed it and i'm out $1599. 00. SO RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I paid this company $2000 to develop the logo + branding + website of my brand.
The work they do is a joke, high school teens do a better job than them. I paid them on June 2nd 2020 and I'm still trying to get a refund. They claim "100% money back guarantee" on their website and is fake.
I disputed the transaction with my bank, they refunded me the money and this company fought back, telling that I didn't follow the normal process in their "refund policy" on their website and I didn't request a refund with a "refund request form", what they never told me for sure!... then the bank returned my money to them and told me that Logo Perfecto was willing to refund me if I file the refund request form and deal with directly with them.
I have contacted them already for over 2 weeks and they just hang the calls or just gave me excuses and today they told me that they are not going to refund me my money and that I could do whatever I want (very rude and provocative attitude). They didn't provided any service to me and I want my money back, I'm disputing the claim with my Bank and I'm sure I'm going to get my money back, but this is just so time consuming and a waste of time... This has been a nightmare the last 2.5 months.
STAY AWAY! They are dishonest, thieves, scammers and they know how to trick people and take money from them!

I would give - 5 but it's not an option. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I hired this company thinking that they were able to do the work I requested. They had me pay a $2000 down payment. Before they would proceed to the pages of my website they made me pay the remaining balance. They removed the plug-ins that I ordered for my WordPress to function properly. I had to hire somebody after that who was unable to fix it because of the necessary things that they took out. What company does not know what they're doing they claim to be located in New York and I believe they are in India. I did that you might charge and received all my money back. Clearly they do not know what they're doing. They acted as if what I was requesting was foreign. Clearly they do not know web design. It turns out I had to hire somebody to re-create my entire website from scratch. Thank God I was able to get my full refund back. This is the short version. This was a 2 1/2 month nightmare with them.

I've posted an urgent problem with them as we are not receiving inquiry from our website.

The e-mail response from logo perfecto is that they are currently busy and will get back to me within 24 hours, it has been 5 days and still no response. We have received vulgar customer service from this company time and time again. This is just the last straw! If you're like us you have worked really hard to build a reputable business, I would suggest not to use these amatures as they clearly do not know what they are doing.

Just wanting to share my Logo Perfecto review and experience I had with them, it was not a good experience.

The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide. So I decided to contact a few of the websites
That they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Logo Perfecto and said they did not build their websites, false claims by Logo Perfecto.

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they
Have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using logoperfecto.com
