I came across LogoNado while starting up a new company. I received a call right away after placing an order. The team were fast to respond, and Holden Cross was very helpful in understanding my requirements.

Continual communication is great with Holden helping me through this process.

Great experience with them. They have 24-48 hours of turn around time but mostly they responded very quickly.

Logonado never picks up phone calls, they first contact you through web chatting, then they talk to the client to cheat them, giving false information, false assurance and make false promises just to receive money from clients, once they get money, they stop replying emails, they will select your phone to rejection. They promise for 100% refund anytime for any reason but once they receive money they refuse to refund your money even if you cancel the order immediately. I am surprised how come this company is doing business in this country. Actually it is fraud company. Why the consumer protection court is not informed about them yet.

Paid for custom website and gave examples of other websites for which I wanted similar functionality. Updates were given every month only when I emailed multiple times for them and the result was a direct copy and paste of the websites I gave examples of.

Not based in Australia at all so all payments come with hidden overseas transactions fees they do not mention. All services are also subscription based and they do not ask for confirmation when charging you via credit card.

Zero communication when it comes to delivering any sort of work but their team is so quick when it comes to calling you to make payments or sign up for any work.

They get you with a false price, refuse to issue an invoice, force you to pay by credit card and take hefty amounts out of your card down the track. Scammers! We ended up reporting them to ACCC for fraudulent activities.

Signed up for a website and logo service. Logo concepts were poor, but eventually when that was sorted, the website design service started. As these guys are not in Brisbane as claimed, communication was a nightmare. They tried time on time to get more money out of me, charging for all sorts.

At the end I decided to stop the development and asked them to hand over the website over in its current unfinished condition. Well, they send me a quote for this as well - which was part of the original package!. They tried to get me to pay for releasing the domain name, which I paid for and even for sending me the website files! Just a terrible experience as I just lost more than $1000. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

Similar with the other reviews, promises was given and they will ask you to pay upfront. The initial designs they sent were low quality and seems copied and paste from other logos that you will find from the net. After a couple of correspondences, they stop replying. Lo and behold, I was told it was already finalised without our approval of the designs they sent. I asked if I can get the copy of the final design... lo and behold, they told me that all past records have been erased. Neverthess, they offerred another service but I need to pay...

After receiving my first lot of logo examples i realised this wasn't going to work. Incorrect spelling and the 8 choices were all very poor and far from what i had explained. They only needed to have googled the key words to have come up with some good examples. I would say their logos were childish and animated. They are not in Brisbane like you are lead to believe. 100% customer satisfaction is an incorrect statememnt. Communication, very, very veeeery poor. It is not worth the heart ache. Go to your local graphic designer or print shop, they are at least able to communicate with you if there is a problem.

Please don't do any business with them. They will be prosecuted soon. I have paid for a website 2 yrs ago still not handed over. Every couple of weeks a guy ping me with rubbish without any update.

Luckily I had to leave at least one star if I could I wouldn't have left any.

I am not happy at all with your service. I will be putting in a complaint to my bank and lodging an investigation as the services I paid for have not been received completely and now when I try to email my so called "project manager" I find that he has blocked my emails. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER

I never review websites online but i had to review this one. Exceptional logo and web design services with 24/7 customer support. They produced great design which is very appealing and the good thing was they delivered the whole project 5 days before the committed time period. I would highly recommend Logonado to anyone seeking graphic design solutions. Good luck team logonado!

I came across this dodgy company about a year ago, thought they looked legit BUT WAS I WRONG!
During the first few months communication was good, and got some work done.
Then communication stopped. Many emails and messages were sent to them with no response. Until this week when they wanted more money to host my website. And then wanted to charge me $300 to get a code to be able to transfer my domain name from them.
And the kicker was when I was talking to a local hosting service, they had a customer the exact same week with a very similar story!
SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY THEN GHOST YOU!

Extremely Disappointed

This company have delivered nothing but crap logos, poor communication and as soon as i asked for a refund i was met with reasons why this is not available. The website says they will continue to provide and money back guarantee. Daniel Martin has harassed me and says that the company dont care about $200 odd dollars yet cant refund this as initially promises.

Post this and me giving up and using another design company i have completed my logo and then they contact me to "repair and rebuild" a "relationship"

That was completely shat on when you couldn't do this to begin with and REFUSE a refund.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO STAY AWAY

This service was absolutely appalling! They are a disgusting company and if I could give zero stars I would. Henry my website designer did not listen to me throughout the process. I had to ask for what I wanted over 5 times every time. He did not have the communication skills required for this job. Once I told Logonado I would not be going with them for website hosting (due to their inadequate communication skills given the fact they do not have a clue how to develop websites and are not Australian leaving a significant linguistic barrier), the tables turned and they provided little to no help at all. The entire process was drawn out, they did not explain any step and then held my website basically hostage for over 3 weeks before transferring me incomplete files to provide to the new host. This delayed the launch of my business by over a month! We had to contact Logonado's manager for help transferring the files because Henry wasn't cooperating. He was no more helpful then Henry. He promised assistance that we didn't receive. When I received the files there was no explanation and they would not have made sense to anyone without significant I. T. Knowledge. The website was not up to standard when transferred, we are currently finishing the editing ourselves because they were so hopeless. They claim 100% satisfaction but they trick people into paying first and then a month has gone by, so if you walk away half way through you have wasted so much time. That's if it even is that easy to get a refund, I told them I was not happy throughout this process but I was offered neither a refund or assistance. It was a terrible service and it made my life so stressful over the last 2 months developing this website.

This is a fake business. They claim to be in Qld but they are not even in Australia. Their quoted ABN belongs to a sole trader in Victoria that is not even GST registered and has nothing to do with Logonado. All of their staff refuse to provide ID.
I paid $1000 for logo and website a 100% customer sarisfaction money back guarantee. Now 2 months later there is nothing delivered and they refuse to honour the guarantee.
