All around a horrific experience. It's hard to describe just how terrible (and borderline fraudulent) this "company" is. They promise logo designs for a good price. Then they keep trying to upcharge and add on additional fees and charges. They pay absolutely no attention to the direction you provide or the vision you have for your logo. They also promise a 48 hour turnaround, which ended up being 4+ days for every round. Not to mention, if you have any taste in design at all, your expectations will NOT BE MET. They pay no attention to the changes you give either. After I got one round back, I had a death in the family and didn't respond for a few days (after I had to wait on them for numerous days to turn around something they said would take 2 days), I sent them a note saying that I was out for a funeral. The rep replied with "what's up with that, why should that take so long." Then after you've gone round after round with them and realize what a $#*! company it is and that you will never get what you want - while they are still trying to upcharge and sell you a bunch of crap you don't need (oh by the way, you also have to pay for rights to use your own logo) - then once you attempt to claim the "money back guarantee" (insert laugh here), it's nearly impossible to actually get it. They pause, and delay, and pause, and delay some more, fight you on it, and it just terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
