I wanted a working website and this company delivered nothing but garbage, links didn't work, pages were half done. My logo looked like a 2 year old did it. In fact a 2 year old could do better. Their website says logo in 48 hours, 2 weeks later they were still working on it. Then the guy i dealt with suddenly doesn't work there. Thats part of their scam, to keep you hanging, but they always need more money. This is a P. O. S company and I would not recomend them to anyone!

Gave them what I was looking for in a logo (color, images, etc) and it took over a week to get the first batch and they looked nothing like what I was going for. Second time they tried it was like they were working on someone else's logo.

I asked for my money back because the process took so long plus the horrible logos and they refused to send it back. They say they offer a money back guarantee but it's a total lie.

Got a great logo from another company in less that four days.

They created our website and included us in every important decision. They are thorough professionals and friendly at the same time. They also guided us in solving all the issues that we were facing ad we really appreciate it

In 2017 we hired logomoo to create our logo and after a few iterations we were satisfied with our logo and requested the final copy. Logomoo had several internal org changes and no one would return our calls. After many attempts to get our final files today we were told that it was "illegal" to have a logo without a copyright and it would cost us another $200 to have logomoo copyright this for us. I am able to file for the copyright myself (and while it is a good idea it certainly isn't illegal). Now logomoo refuses to release our final files that we had already agreed to without paying another $200.

I had the same experience, I would get calls at home to upsale to a way more expensive pkg, I tried to tell them I was on a fixed income, didn't matter, then I paid them for my copyright back in December and haven't received them yet. Then I get an email from logomoo stating that there are former employees no longer working for the company and if they tried to make contact, ignore them,. Then I get another email stating that they were doing in house copyrights and listed these prices. Now since I paid once, what does mean, and today my fellow consumers, I get an email from one of the ppl from logomoo, yes one of the ones they said to ignore sent me an email from design proficient.com, and just by reading other reviews it is believed that all these logo companies are some how connected as the same person bought a bunch of domain names, so they can keep this little scam up for a while. SMH

I felt really good about the decision of selecting them for logo design services as it was a good one. Outstanding efficiency, creative service and at realistic cost.

We couldnt be happier after working with anyone else than we did after working with them. They gave us a variety of options for all our great design option and they were also very patient with u throughout the process.

Stay away from this company. I had paid $1001 USD for opencart marketplace website. From start of my project i have told my marketplace website requirements and after paying money they updated me that this feature was not included in your package and refused for refund. They will
Harass and will stop picking your calls if ask for refund. They operates under logomoo.co.uk and logomoo.com. Stay away and dont trust this company. In online chat window always you will find Jay and mark. Guys save your money and stay away from this company.
