Stay away from this company. I had paid $1001 USD for opencart marketplace website. From start of my project i have told my marketplace website requirements and after paying money they updated me that this feature was not included in your package and refused for refund. They will
Harass and will stop picking your calls if ask for refund. They operates under logomoo.co.uk and logomoo.com. Stay away and dont trust this company. In online chat window always you will find Jay and mark. Guys save your money and stay away from this company.

I had paid $49 dollars for logos. The logos were generic. However, when I asked them to send me the logo files, they refused and said they could not unless I pay $50 more dollars for "copyright privileges". They will also harrass you with phone calls. They called me 10 times a day trying to extort more money out of me or I would not get the logos. I did not pay. I had to block 5 different phone numbers.

THEY ARE A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

A few things that I observed working with them on a project, professional in their approach to work, courteous and prompt in their response and keep their clients updated. I was really happy to work with this company.

This is an ABSOLUTE scam of a company. Firstly, this company says that it is USA based and all the names of the employees are Western. However in reality, they are all Indian, based in India. Absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, they tell you that a team of graphic design experts will work on your logo. This is a complete lie. It is only one person working on it. Thirdly, the logos that are produced are ALL based off templates. And they are all horrible looking. They spend NO time actually doing any quality work.

I requested for a refund and even though this was initially accepted by LogoMoo, it was NEVER actually reimbursed into my account. It's been over a month now that I have been chasing them and I'm not receiving any response or acknowledgement from them. Any positive reviews you receive from them are ALL a lie. This company is absolutely atrocious. STAY AWAY!

Got offered a package and constant emails about the package. Got told to purchase it then id be given support. Once i paid i received no help and ended up with the logo i didnt want. I got told with total rudeness and attitude i would need to purchase a new one in order to change it. GREAT HELP GUYS... NOT!

RUN RUN RUN AWAY! THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. All they were worried about was getting my money. The designs were horrible and basic and any kindergartner could create them. Then I finally realized I was getting no where so I asked for my money back but they said because I had recieved logo ideas, I could not. Even though there is a money back guarantee. I picked one to have them send me so I could at least get something out of this huge mistake... NOW they tell me I have to pay them for the copyright! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I have been waiting on completion of my website since September and still nothing, I have spoke with, Jim, Jason, Lisa, Cynthia and someone named Mr. Black, I have asked for a refund multiple times and have gotten the run around. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with Jason hung up on me 3x and spoke to me very disrespectful. I paid these people $800.00us up front and now I have to pay fo attorney to get my money back. FAKE STAY AWAY!

They are wondeful designers. They gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Look no further Logomoo is the best around!
