Purchased a project for logo and web design for a charity we support, unlimited changes and lifetime hosting. Design was good, updates took days for each small update, no management portal, hosting has been down constantly and no answer to calls or emails.
They are the worst organization I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with some bad ones.

I had LogoJeeves create a logo for my website several years ago. They did a decent job on the graphics. However, since that time, I have been repeatedly called even after telling them I didn't need their services any longer. In fact, last time they called... I told them because of the calls, I would never do business with them again. I thought that was the end of it... but now just a few months later they text me and tell me that they have a mandatory legal review and that I need to pay $99.00 to transfer the rights to my logo over to me... Stay as far away from this company as you can possibly get.
Engaged with this company to build and maintain our business website and paid them approx.$8000 for the work. After months of back and forth communication they gave us a website in another language, spelling and grammar mistakes and the contact number and address was for the US, we are in Australia. Despite asking for corrections they didn't provide the services we paid them to do and we don't have a website for the $8000, yet they refuse to refund. After making contact with services in AUS to help us the Logo Jeeves Company agreed to refund the funds. Still to this day we have not received our money, they kept it. It's been 4 months now! Their website also offers a full refund/money back guarantee which is not true. Logo Jeeves where is my money?
Stay away, once they've created a logo for you it's turning over your phone number to overseas call centers. They just call and call, trying anything to sell the licensing for what you paid for already, wanting to host your website, do your business cards - on and on and never will they quit. Asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list. Simply encourages more calls.
All I wanted was a logo at the price promised. Since then, they've been calling endlessly, about once a week trying to sell me the copyrights to the logo, SEO or something else - they don't keep a record of the calls and despite my repeated attempts to ask them to stop, I get a followup the next week. Make it stop.
They just want to make more money once you hire them for any work. They will promise you one thing but keep on harassing you for more money in the name of ownership and trademarks. Even for the logo, I had to do all the thinking/designing as they were using a cheap software that gives you 100 clip arts once you put the company name and category.
I wish I would've read these reviews before doing business with logojeeves. Like others have reported, they try to upsell you.
I can handle that. However, they made up a story that I had to apply for a trademark through them. I told them we did not want to trademark the logo as I could do it on my own for a lower cost. Then after paying for and receiving the logos, I received a call saying I still owe money for trademark fees. I haggled with them and ultimately paid about $150. And, guess what... my logo was never registered with the US Trademark Office! I've tried to reach them for months without any response. Total scam!
Used this service a couple of years ago and the logo was ok. I used it on my website and am now receiving calls, lots and lots of calls about how I need to remove the logo or pay them more money. The guy on the phone was a total Jerk and called 8 times in 4 minutes!
Stay away from these crooks!
Had them design a logo for a set price. They held the logo hostage until I paid for the copyrights. This was 3 years ago, then constantly call and will not take my phone# off the list. Now they are calling for more copyright fees and that i do not own the logo. They are not a legit company. Avoid at all cost.
The best service provider for social media designing and logo drafting. Due to booking multiple services, I was greatly catered by the company who asked for my recommendations and then pitched in their insight to deliver the best service. The completely revamped my social media pages, and helped in enhancing the social presence. I definitely recommend Logojeeves to all the people who require online designing services!
My website with lifetime hosting down since July. Our website is for autism families and needs donations to survive. They won't recover my website without charging me. They kept upselling me and did an awful job and promised to fix it if I bought SEO package and mobile app which I never wanted. The app is awful too. None of invoices had details on them. I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars and they still want money. This is a discrimination against autism. I owe $3500 on the mobile app that is live now but I won't pay. Still trying to negotiate with them to get my business up but they are ruthless. They mention their legal department.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will waste your time and money. They have practically ruined the launch of my new art tour business in NY. They never got my website to be functional and to allow people to simply sign up and pay for products. An absolute nightmare. Stay away
They a fake company they are not located where they say they are. They don't reply back after they take your money they block your emails. All post with 5 star are fake. I will find them and I will get my money back if anyone wont's on the action reply back. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Horrible, horrible, horrible company.
They are not in the US. The use a use postal address and phone number but are a bunch of scammers from the phillipines that provide horrible horrible service, are argumentative, promise refunds and keep you waiting till you cannot get Visa to do a chargeback.
You need to baby sit them.
They are persistent in calling and texting you over and over and over to get your business, but will not provide any accountability for the horrible service they give you in return. You'll even get insulted.
Stay away from these crooks.
They provided us the much-needed help for running a successful online advertising campaign and getting instant traffic to our website. Their team was also very cooperative it was indeed a good experience.
Files reports to stop them from sending spam. They partake in a business practice known as domain registration spam. Once you register a domain, you get hundreds of emails from these guys using gmail and outlook accounts. These are all fake reviews on here. Beware!
While looking to update our logo, our business partner suggested Logo Jeeves. The turn around time and design made our experience worthwhile. Young minds in this agency deploy their creativity perfectly.
The logo which they designed for our product line was a success! People loved the concept they implemented in the design of the logo. Would definitely recommend their services to colleagues who are looking for good logo concept. The only problem we faced with them was that they failed to deliver on time, so we ended up getting our logo 3-4 days later than what we had actually agreed on.
I should have used a local website designer dealing on the other side of the world is time consuming and so frustrating - its been over a month and my website is still not online and they call themselves by english names but are clearly not english speaking country. Its seems like they are trying to pull a fast one and talk about hundreds of designers and never answer the phone. The website is boring and its a con get someone in your own country and own city to build one for you so much easier
