I hired Logo Jeeves for my logo design and I am really impressed with the quality of work and professional behavior towards clients. Thanks and keep it up!
Their social media services was outstanding they handled the services and our clients really well. All of our clients were very happy and they were more responsive than ever before.
I really enjoyed the overall experience with them as they were great designers and great support as well. The whole system worked really well. I am really satisfied with the outcome.
I got them to do a logo for me, and was pretty happy with that experience. So I then ask them to do a web site and mobil app for me, and things went very badly. They promised to complete both within 3 weeks and gave be a money back satisfaction guarantee, but after 5 weeks there was little progress and very little communication. After 7 weeks when I complained they insisted it would be completed within 2 days, but not only did the promised date come and go, they were unresponsive to my inquiries. I then gave an ultimatum of one more week, but still nothing.
I then asked for my money back, and they insisted they would have everything finished within a few more days, but neither product was more than half finished. I insisted they honor their guarantee and refund my payment, and they finally agreed.
A week later no refund, no contact. I called and email and I was told someone would call me in a day or 2. A week later still nothing. Again I called and emailed and was told they were "researching" and would refund my purchase soon. A week later, still nothing. Again I called and email and was told I needed to be patient. After three weeks of waiting for them to provide a refund on their guarantee for a project they promised to complete in 3 weeks but still hadn't completed after 8 weeks, They tell me I needed to be patient.
Alan & Lionel -
Customer service is not a department, it is a philosophy-funny how youre pointing out everything is the customers fault. On your next break read the plethora of complaints about LogoJeeves- I wish I had.
Again Alan, your graphic design services arent the problem, its the delivery.
I contacted LJs, I paid for services in advance... weve had multiple email exchanges, 2 verbal phone meetings at your request & during both conversations I asked you specifically to PROCEED. Thats a verbal approval. You did not hear me because you were hustling me for more money and more products. I asked (repeatedly) for the completed cards AGAIN so I could see the product quality I paid for before moving on to additional products.
I dont need the cards... OR logo. I moved on & have secured these marketing products with another firm.
IF the business cards are ever received (still nothing as of 3/27/18) I will decline the delivery & return them to LogoJeeves. Please note, I responded to Lionel from customer care via his request. Also very interesting that LogoJeeves initiated this feedback by writing me... but again, after 2 attempts to communicate with them I have received z e r o response.
This company is a SCAM! AVOID at all COSTS!
They have a virtual address and that's all. They say they are in CA but if you check the Secretary of State website in CA they are not actually incorporated and all their phony reps use "English names" to hide the fact that they are all based in India so won't do a darn thing even if you complain a 1000 times.
What they do is attract you with bottom low pricing then once they establish your trust will start forcing you to pay for upgrades you do not need giving you rubbish explanations of why you need to pay more $$$$. If you refuse they become hostile and hold your logo/website design/explainer video ransom. They designed my website then started forcing me to pay more which I refused, the scammers had the audacity to withhold my website ransom and took it down.
A nightmare of an experience! Because they are not based in the USA and use phony names they never resolve any of their complaints. Its same group of scammers including their other front called GREEN LAKE DESIGNERS and AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS. They all use phony names likes Max Lodo, Eric Kasper, Dwayne Parker, Frank Anderson etc.
Verify for yourself, ask which state they are incorporated in - they will not tell you, and ask for an actual physical address. The 440 North Wolfe Road
Sunnyvale, CA *******-3869 they use on their website actually belongs to a different business. The company contact number on their website *******823 is never answered and is a voip free conference call number.
They have also previously used another fake address ******* Fremont Blvd, Unit #5 Fremont, CA *******. Google their name and number of complaints all have been unresolved! The reviews on their page are "farmed" out to look authentic but its all a scam!
I challenge them to provide their state of incorporation, name they are incorporated under, actual phone number and physical address. They will not provide any of this because they are all based in India! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If you paid for any of the services using a credit card, I would encourage you to contact your bank and dispute the transaction. I repeat, they are a SCAM!
Very Good company for logo design. They did a great job on a given time. Keep up the good work! Thank you guys.
I was appalled when I received an email from Barry Allen, from LogoJeeves or Great Lake Designers, or whatever scam company they are going by.
How dare you attempt to extort me out of the brand name I CREATED and MY DAUGHTER DESIGNED?!
This company is a disgrace, and I want to show you the email that was sent to me... see below. I absolutely could not believe the email I was reading and replied back with a scathing message and declaration to sue those companies. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
"Hello Crystal,
I hope this email finds you in good health since all of us are going through a rough patch.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the copyrights/ownership of the logo for your project GRITMERCY has expired (June'2019-april'20) and in order for you to keep using that logo online on your website or on the stationary without any hassle, it needs to be renewed.
I have been trying to reach over the phone for the past couple of weeks since USPTO has notified us about your expiration but didn't get a chance to speak to you.
We have different plans for the copyrights depending on the client's requirements starting from 1 year to lifetime.
1 year ownership: $199
3 years ownership: $349
5 years ownership: $599
Lifetime ownership: $799
Choose the plan as per your feasibility so I can advise you payment options and we can send it for attestation to the governing body. I would also like to clarify that Green Lake Designers is a subsidiary of LogoJeeves. So just to clear the confusion, you are not dealing or being contacted by an unknown entity.
Let me know how you wish to proceed.
Thanks and Regards,
Barry Allen

The process of creating a logo was simple and quick. However customer service sucks. Keep away from this $#*!ing company.
TL: DR - Lies and lack of responsiveness with a substandard customer service. There is some reading below but I implore you to spend a couple of minutes on it. Might save yourself a fortune.
I am a new business and decided to use Logojeeves for logo design, web design, hosting and security. The only part of the £1200 that spent with them that was acceptable was the logo design - £90.
Here is a list of the problems I've had with Logojeeves:
1. I couldn't make plugin changes without major risk to the site. Updating my plugins caused the site to break to the extent where nobody could use it.
2. Impossible to get people out of hours. Never given any contact details
3. Even during contact hours it was extremely difficult to contact people and get anything fixed
4.4 account managers since I got the logo done (space of 3 months)
5. The companies backup strategy is beyond useless. When my site got hacked (even though they sold me a security plugin) logojeeves carried out a restore that was over a month old causing me to lose multiple blog posts and more than half my products. At no point was I told that I had to carry out my own backups. The company I am now with do at least daily backups and another company that approached me do 4 a day!
6. I was told that the site would never be down (I never believed that anyway) but in the 2 months where my site was live with logojeeves it was down 3 times and that's just the times that I know about.
7. I was told that the product images I sent over would be professionally photoshopped but they were only cropped. No colour changes or background removal.
8. The professionally written content was packed full of spelling mistakes and terrible grammar
9. There was a responsiveness problem in the header that I've asked to be fixed multiple times and it never got fixed
10. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but I never got the money
11. Entries in my credit card statement didn't always come under the same name
Answer: Their persistent sales efforts and pricing made them attractive. This is a Bait and Switch scam.
Answer: SCAM! Horrible lying stealing scam! Don't except nothing but garbage up sells for no reason and charging your credit card with out permission!
Answer: No, it's a horrible idea. All their names are fake. They're all from the Phillipines. They are a first class scam organization.
LogoJeeves has a rating of 2.6 stars from 51 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LogoJeeves most frequently mention and customer service. LogoJeeves ranks 37th among Graphic Design sites.
