SCAM! Horrible lying stealing scam! Don't except nothing but garbage up sells for no reason and charging your credit card with out permission!

I think the best answer is a combination of both...
They did legit artwork for a logo... and then for the last two years have been calling almost monthly to try to upsell... Eventually they get around to asking you for more money, even years later so that they can transfer the rights to your logo to you.

Do not waste your money! They do not make good on their promises. They make everything sound great in the beginning.

Depends on your definition, they are a legitimate company however they over promise and under deliver. It is a bait and switch tactic and I felt foolish for falling into the trap.
