Worst Company EVER. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never ever going to do business again with Logo Design Cafe. Customer care person is very RUDE. After buying 5 logos you would think I would receive better customer service but just the opposite. Please do NOT use this company. HORRIBLE!
Do NOT do business with this company - they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - they are lying. They also produce terrible work! This is a rip off they will keep your money!
The up sell you once you find a design that you like and then try to charge you $499.00 to use the product months later claiming they own the rights.
DO NOT hire this company. You will pay for products and never receive, or they will not be what you ordered. You will not get any response once they have your money.
Too restricted and the idea to have to contact someone whenever you need to make a change after every 72 hours is ridiculous.
They have a supportive team which provides a great amount of support and help in gaining the required response. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again.
