Do not waste your money with these guys. The first sign that these guys are frauds were the made up names like Brian Williams and Sam Lucas. I have heard of Internet scams perpetrated by Indians but this is the first time I got scammed by them. They take your money and then it's impossible to get ahold of them. They assign you to a "project manager" who is always away or in meetings. When you ask to speak to someone who is in charge they tell you your project manager is the only one who can help you. I call my project manager and he doesn't answer for days and when I call the main number they don't answer either or when they do they tell me the project manager is in the hospital or in a meeting. I have reported them to the BBB and I hope the local or state authorities will arrest them all and close down their online theft of trusting citizens.

It says free but its not after spending a few minute making the logo they ask for 20 usd in the check out.

I contacted logo bench to create my new company logo design they really sounded like they knew exactly what they were doing, when I got to talk to Brian Williams the guy that worked with me the first designs were good they really got me thinking. Then it was taking a day or two just to get redesigns back at the end he was not even sending me what I was asking for its like I would say one thing and he would do the opposite when it came to colors or moving something. I finally got something that I could work with and decided to cut my losses and move on because I needed to design the website and get business cards ordered. Then he gave me a call after we were finished to see how things were going I told him I still wasn't really happy with the couple of the design colors on the logo but I'm making it work. He said oh no problem why don't you send me detailed notes again and I will send you something back that was over two weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. I would definitely look around for another company before trying this one. Reading the reviews, it looks like its kind of hit and miss depending on who you work with. If they would've followed up with the redesigns at the end like brian said, they might be getting a better review now. No follow up No good review or future business from me.

I paid this company a downpayment for 3 separate projects. All were very simple. I cant speak to anyone there and communicate in english. They interrupt you, dont listen and cannot speak clearly. I have explained clearly and sent several emails with a description of what I need and they will not complete my order, yet they continue to call for the 2nd half of payment, when they have not even sent me a proof of my design! Terrible waste of time and money, I told them to keep my deposit and NEVER call me again. I am turning them into the BBB as SEVERAL other companies have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH LOGOBENCH!
