The worst company ever created in this history of the UNited states of America

I ordered 2500 Business Cards, Envelopes, and LetterHeads from LogoBench. We paid $800.00 for these items over a month ago. 2 weeks ago we were told the Order would be completed but we were sent Business Cards ONLY. In the Beginning Last week I was told By BRIAN WILLIAMS, and RAY SMITH that our order would be complete in 2 days. 2 days pass, nothing happens. I call back again Have an argument with them on FRIDAY about the order. I kept asking for a tracking number, they kept telling me they don't have a tracking number because our order is not going to be ready until MONDAY OR TUESDAY. And how they have this time frame. And they are entitled to this time frame and basically I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get my order. The reason why the tracking number is so important to me is because the deliveries don't go to our store. It goes to a private location and we retrieve our items from there. They would not give us a tracking number because they stated repeatedly that the order is not ready. So I did not call them Monday. I Called them yesterday (Tuesday) to ask for the tracking number. They took an 1.5 hours to give me a tracking number only to tell me that the order was delivered on Friday. YES FRIDAY! THE SAME DAY THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER WAS NOT READY AND WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL MONDAY OR TUESDAY. AND ON MONDAY IT RAINED. SO WHEN I WENT TO GO RETRIEVE THE PACKAGE IT WAS SOAKING WET AND DAMAGED. EVERYTHING IN THE BOX IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE FRIDAY. So who is at fault? Am I wrong for wanting my money back? Am I wrong for wanting them to reprint all of the items? Are they at fault because the tracking number had been available since THURSDAY and they told me they didn't have one because my order is not complete at all? WHO IS AT FAULT? Logobenchreviews is completely refusing to give us our money back or reprint our services that we paid $800.00 for. Please reshare this. ESPECIALLY MY California peoples! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CON-ARTISTS and MONEY HUNGRY LIARS. Thanks for your time :)
