Bastards scammed and old man out of his money. $2000. Took weeks to do what they claim is an animation. Indian company claiming to be based in Fremont California giving themselves anglo names. Nothing more than a front scam company stealing consumers money producing basic unprofessional video filters and voice overs sold as animation.
Unacceptable performance logo bench
We as a organization are not impressed with your lack of follow through... (You wrote- "I will send over the logo without slogan") I called you a day in advance of the meeting... Called twice today and what do I get "nothing" - you embarrassed me in front of my peers. I have used your company 4 times ( never never again)
We had a meeting last night without the tools we needed to make effective decision making. I went to bat for your company and for you my friend and you failed me. Expect a internet review!

This company started out great but burst into flames when it came time to deliver. Their moto should be over promise and under deliver. If you try and talk with the "designer" they are always: away, off, busy, in a meeting etc. Just look at their BBB rating if you want to use this company. Don't look at the other reviews here that are obviously fake, and they all "liked" each others comments.
Their website seems slick and prices low. I went for it, thinking I would at least get something useable within a few days. I could not be more wrong--I got a bunch of trashy logo options and one mediocre one. Each successive edit took at least two days and TOTALLY ignored my instructions. I was polite for a week, then I thought maybe I needed to be a greasy wheel to get anything done, I could not get business done without this final piece. This resulted in a lot of phone calls from a "liaison" but things moved no faster. It's now almost two weeks in, and I still don't have a final product, even requesting the most minor refinements possible.
In the meantime, with no design experience I have gone ahead and designed a better logo for myself. Based on my experience with this total mess of a company, I really doubt that most of these reviews are legit. I probably would have been way better off with fivrr.com or a legit designer.
Ignored my deadline. Didn't respond for 3 days. They have internet service, right? They do everything via an internal messaging board----so why NO REPLY? RIPOFF! It's all over the internet. They cost me (only) $99 so I cut my losses and moved on. STAY AWAY!
I was flabbergasted when I heard that LogoBench is offering 3 logo designs for as low as $150. I first thought that only one would e a quality one and the rest would be just mediocre. However, the company proved me wrong and each logo was one of a kind. They explained me the concept behind each design so to help in my brand marketing process. The company really did a splendid job. Awesome!

I am really relieved to see such creative final logo designs. To be honest, I was very afraid and was worried about how the logo would turn out and do I get the money back if I did not like the logo. With such cooperative team of designers, thankfully nothing has happened as I thought at the initial stage.
Im never sloppy and careless with my decision regarding money spending and product purchase. I really stretched my hands West and East in order to locate the best company, not in their pricing but in their quality as well. My decision for choosing LogoBench was not based on Googles 1st page or word of mouth. I believe in personal efforts and research. No surprise, I made the right choice.
When it comes to doing business it is pivotal to have the required support that will help you to in all areas of that business. Especially when working on the brand impression like the logo designing. It was really great to have someone who can understand the need and requirement of my project, as their own project. The best thing about their services was their round the clock services. They were on their feet whenever I called for an urgent request or revision. I made some 3 revisions before my final design was ready, and not a single time they refute my request. That is what I appreciate the most!
I was really struggling to complete my first logo. I stared it but was not able to finish it the way I wanted to and that’s where I needed the help of a professional service that can analyze my logo draft and make the possible changes, making it look attractive and eye catching. I have heard of the LogoBench services from word of mouth and it was no harm trying it out. Just after 2 and half week I was called with the completed design, I reviewed it and notice that except few minor changes to be done, everything is just perfect. It did not eradicate my original idea and also enhanced its creativity and imaginative standing. I really liked the service.

"Kevin Brown" sent me a link to make a payment, and apparently they've changed names to LogoJeeves. (He had told me over the phone that the company name was LogoBench). What made me suspicious is that they would not accept PayPal, and he wanted me to give him my credit card info over the phone... after a 3 minute phone call. Ratchet!
Working with logo bench was pretty simple, streamline and the results were exactly what I hoped for. The creativity of their design and image arrangement was really impressive. I have used them for two sets of logos for my two separate businesses - I have recommended them to friends and colleagues :)

I did not get any service from this company. My client called me and cancelled the web project, I paid upfront to LogoBench for the website project they charged me $500, I called them and told them few days later that my client did not pay me as promised and cancelled the project. Since no work was done I contacted logobench to get my money back and wrote numerous emails and phone calls they were very uncooperative and trying to hold my money and say to use it for a future project, I said no this $500 was for this projects, no work was done and my client cancelled the project, so Logobench did not refund me, I am now forced to contact my bank and file a chargeback dispute, the gentleman brian williams was very unprofessional and promised me refunds and did not honor his word. I strongly advise you not to work with this company, very poor service.

The speed and efficiency of the design was incredibly well and over delivered. Clear communications was the niche of the Logo Company! The final design is beautiful and the process was smooth and easy. My rating would be 10 on 10.
Hired them for a logo and the quality was poor. I wouldn't recommend them as I had to go with another service to get the logo I wanted. I saved money and got better service elsewhere.
Please read the negative reviews - they are the truth. I had the same experience as others and only because I wouldn't let them off the hook and I paid through PayPal did I get my money back! Their website is misleading - the logos can't be produced by them - what we got was all clip art and they couldn't do anything custom. Brian William and Zack lured me in just like many others and then the lies begin as soon as they've got your money. I agree with others that their names can't be real and they don't understand english enough to follow any directions or special requests. I pictured a boiler room with a bunch of 12-15 year olds getting paid 10 cents per logo. RUN - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Save your time, your patience and your money.
