I ordered a set of custom golf balls from logoballz.com with my company's logo on them. Ron was very helpful in setting up the logo graphic and worked with me to ensure that I received the best product possible.

The golf balls were delivered right away and I was extremely happy with how they turned out. What I liked best about the company is that they do not require a minimum order and the price was reasonable.

I would recommend them to everyone.

It has been about a month now and I still haven't received the customized golf balls I ordered from logoballz.com. Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews on the website before buying as it appears to be a scam. I contacted *******@glowstickfactory.com (apparently the same owner?) who took my money when I purchased, but have hard no response yet and it has been about a week now.

If I end up ever receiving the golf balls, I will change this review accordingly, but for now avoid this website.

I am so unhappy with logoballz.com. I ordered a custom gift for my husband for his birthday almost a month ago (his birthday has since passed). I know custom orders usually take longer to ship out due to them being custom made so I was expecting a little bit of a wait time. Well... 5 or 6 emails later and dozens of phone calls I finally got a real person. He couldn't have be any more of a jerk. I completley understand when orders can't be fullfilled right away due to not having the material it takes to make the product. I'm just upset about the poor customer service. I used to work in customer service and know how to treat people the right way and Christopher (he is the person I spoke with) obviously doesn't. He didn't offer me any compensation (like free shipping). Even after I asked if I could have free shipping he flat out said no. He kept telling me that the website that they have up online is bad and that he is going to take it down. Honestly I don't care if the website is bad. I just want an apology and some sort of compensation for the poor attitude that I had to deal with. Supposedly the order is shipping out today and I'll get it tomorrow. We shall see if it even comes in.
