I-Ready causes stress for students and does not teach anything to students, is a big waste of time and has no benefits. It can cause hours of time to get past the tutorial of 1 lesson. Not to mention, usually teachers assign at least 5 lessons of I-Ready a week. Also thats only one teacher imagine reading and math teachers assign 5 lessons each due at the end of the week, there just isn't enough time. With all this time students will not have time for extracurricular activities like sports. We have to remove I-Ready to take off all of these negative effects from students.
The i ready website is the WORST. Now the teachers are pushy with the lessons. And its pure torture from satan.
I've never met anyone who actually likes iReady, not even teachers care about it. It's turning schools into prisons. Students LETS REBEL.
Respectfully, f#ck you iReady
I-Ready takes forever to load and doesn't give you any lessons that are fun or keep you interested in the material. The diagnostic is a boring and long experience and only has a few breaks with the same exact game each time. It seems fun and interactive but it honestly is the most boring thing that I've ever done. It makes me hate school more than I already do and that is a hard thing to do. Take it from someone who has had to suffer through it. DON'T GET I-READY.
A website designed to help little children learn math and reading. Sounds good? No it does not. In fact, it does more harm than good. First of all, I-Ready hardly teaches you anything. Even if you take your time on their stupid little test, the results are not accurate, and you just waste all your time on useless "lessons." The ideal idea of perfect. Second, I-ready only stresses you out. Once you finish the test, students check their score. If they get a bad score, the students worry they are not good enough or smart enough. If the student gets a good score, they worry about being able to stay with a good score. I-ready just takes away from precious class time. While students are taking the test, they are using up time that could be used for learning and using that time on new concepts and real lessons. Students could fall behind on work because they are trying to catch up on I-ready "lessons." I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Don't make your students do this.
Kill youself you of $#*! you suck $#*! iready is so bad you are $#*!ing idoit and i think you are a dumass
ITS TORTURE I CAN"T STAND THESE WRONG QUESTIONS I CANT HELP IT guys do not do Iready! Even the games are very annoying like even for you YES IM TALKING TO YOU IREADY STOPPPPPP! Its just very annoying i dont get it because there are barely any pictures and it says "are you sure you want to exit the lesson?" just please Iready stop torturing these kids -_-
As a 7th grader in pre-algebra I can confirm that this website is absolute S#!T! The teachers make us do 2 math lessons and over 40 minutes per week and it makes me go insane. There is no point to i ready other than to make kids suffer. When you get 1 little thing wrong it turns into a 95 hour explanation of how to get it right. Just to get it wrong again. It makes you feel slow and dumb. And I do this for a grade. If your teacher gives you an option to do it RUN AWAY! Whoever created this is the reason why kids what mental health problems.
First of all, I-ready barley helps. If you fail a lesson, it just makes you redo it! My problem with that is how they expect me to just magically know all the answers after I just failed the same thing. Why not give me another lesson to see if that helps me? The ELA lessons are mostly ALL THE SAME! I barely notice any differences in them besides the story I'm reading. Also, the ELA lessons don't help me understand my real life ELA assignments at all. I can tell they try so hard to be fun and stuff, but it's not working, just like (in my opinion), Zearn, and XtraMath, if y'all know what that is. Overall, I absolutely hate this app, I wanna give it 0 stars, and I still wonder how schools still allow it until 8TH GRADE. #I'mNotReady
I-Ready is the WORST app I've ever used. I haven't learned ANYTHING, and anything I do learn, I forget. If this stupid app still exists in schools today with 1 star, i-Ready can go throw itself in the dumpster.
The site is mediocre at best. Whoever created it is probably going to need to redo it because the learning experience is horrible. It also just feels bad. If I really wanted to learn more about math and English I could easily find another website like youtube. I also hate how it makes you complete a lesson before you can do another one. I understand it's probably so they can easily track progress and it's why they force you to do things you are not good at but I don't think a learning website should be restricting the options students have in their ability to learn freely and easily. The learning games are also horrible especially the math ones it literally includes 3rd grade math it's not helping anyone. But the learning games are the only other way to learn so if you are stuck on an I-ready and just don't find it useful at all then you still have to do it to move on. This website is incredibly frustrating and needs to be reworked to allow more flexibility. Also, the little skits with characters and a story are horrific. They take way too long to speak and the dialogue isn't important. It isn't a fun way to learn and I could see how someone who actually likes to learn stops wanting to learn because of this website. Please avoid this website and anything similar to it. They are scams using you for clicks and revenue.
I have to say that I am not a fan of Iready at all. It is such a boring and tedious program that I dread having to use it every time. There are so many other more engaging and interesting ways to learn, but unfortunately, Iready is not one of them.
The interface is so dull and unappealing, and the lessons themselves are often dry and lacking in excitement. It's no wonder that so many students find it difficult to stay engaged and interested in their studies when they have to use Iready.
What's more, the program seems to be more concerned with testing and measuring progress than actually teaching students anything useful. It feels like a waste of time and energy to have to sit through endless assessments and drills that don't really seem to be helping me learn anything new or useful.
Overall, I would definitely say that Iready is a bad program that should be avoided if possible. There are just so many better ways to learn and grow as a student, and Iready is not one of them.
Whenever I was really tired and had to do this horrid site, it always said I was wrong. Also, my child does I-Ready in class, and the start of year diagnostic always had wayyyyyyy too hard problems, so she did her best, and it put her in level A, even though all of her teachers she's had said she was the best in the class!
Most of the time I'm not really learning anything because there are some questions that are supposed to be correct. Still, instead, it just says it wrong most of the time and the clues don't really explain enough details so I really highly don't recommend using I Ready at all and so I wish you can learn more than using I Ready.
It does nothing to help me and still does nothing and wont shut up every time i do the dicnostic and that sucks for alot of reasons
The lectures are so annoying you get it right congrats you earned a five-hour lecture you get it wrong you get an even longer lecture which is super annoying when your school requires you to complete a certain amount of lessons a week also its super boring maybe if you made the lessons like games kids would want to do it
This thing is absolutely useless, and there are much better materials out there that can replace this crap. Instead of having students waste hours doing the diagnostic, we should get a more time efficient diagnostic than this. That way students will actually do it, instead of rushing through the entire damn diagnostic to end this hell of a torture.
It is so bad. If I were president I would fire the people who created I- Ready. I hate them so much that I want to poop on them. I would smash them with a TV and maybe even a house. I would take away all their mula and give it to the non I- Ready organization, the people who deserve it.

Answer: It's designed extremely poorly. So, therefore it makes it miserable to do. It also doesn't help that the school systems don't give a shit as long as the TEST SCORES are high so they can get GOVERNMENT FUNDING.
Answer: Sweetheart, you might want to sit down for this one. It's because they want you to suffer an plethora of hours just for you hear an irrelevant explanation that you knows it's blindingly transparent and gratuitous to make pontifications.
